Welcome To Dudleyville

This week on WWE Raw in Brooklyn ‘New York’ Bubba Ray and D-Von returned and were welcomed with a huge crowd pop. We witnessed the shocking return of “The Dudley Boyz” who haven’t been seen as a team back in WWE in over 10 years. The crowd went crazy, The New Day was in for A Bad Day, crowd chants of “Get The Tables” ” ECW” and “3D” echoed around the arena.

The Dudley’s quickly destroyed The New Day one by one to the crowds delight.

Fortunately, the Dudley Boyz return was not leaked online and fans were given an unexpected surprise. And even better news ( if we’re to believe the rumors) is they are here to stay after signing a multi-year contract.

What’s In Store For The Tag-Team Division

My thoughts are Bubba and D-Von have been brought back into the fold to re-establish/elevate The Tag-Team Division. There star power alone will make the division relevant and strong again. IMO they should to win the titles from The New Day at N.O.C. And use them to elevate the new generation of Tag-Teams and create new Tag Team stars.

There are so many matched i’d like to see happen, The Wyatt’s The Uso’s and PTP ect.

But The Dudley Boys first feud will be against The New Day who have really caught my attention lately with there OTT hilarious gimmick. Xavier Woods playing the trombone whilst Big E beat down The Lucha Dragons was TV gold. Absolute comedy, but this is The Dudley Boyz and they don’t play games, they’re here for 2 thing’s, To Smash You Through Tables and win Championships.

The Dudley’s are the most decorated Tag Team Champions in history, with a whopping 25 Titles to their names.

Bubba Ray Deserves A Solo Run

What made this return even more shocking was the fact Bubba Ray was on TNA TV the week before as Bully Ray. TNA also currently have a story line involving Bully Ray in a whodunnit.

His character persona as Bully Ray suited him very fittingly as he was rewarded with the TNA World Heavyweight Championship at one point. My question is. Would WWE be willing to give him a solo run? Or even a WWE World Heavyweight Championship run? With his current character i’d say no. If WWE could somewhat use his character to the maximum as TNA did.

I’d like to think the answer was yes.

If you missed The Dudley Boyz Awesome Return. I’ve added the video below. Enjoy.
