I really liked last night’s show, I liked the tag-team match between Addiction & the Japanese wrestlers, I think some referee’s in the company up North can learn a lesson from the first Japanese Referee they used, he wasn’t afraid to get physical & he was very strict with the rules. In the tag-team match there were two or three times where they exemplified the art of making people think it’s over & then they surprise you with a kickout & that reminds me of the story that Shawn Michaels shared from his experience with Wrestling Ted DiBiase in Mid-South, Shawn said that even though he was a Jobber & was paid to lose he was still talented enough to where Ted decided to help him one night by telling him to break out of one maneuver, counter two maneuvers & then Ted finished the match & the point was & is that one key ingredient in drawing the crowd is making them believe in what you’re doing & it’s also surprising them from time to time. They showed two matches from their pay-per-view & I don’t remember the name’s of the competitors in the first match they showed from Best in the World but hey had a lot of exciting moments & they did excellent selling, the heel had his tag-team partner outside the ring & his partner got involved twice, but what I liked was that he hid himself very well from the Ref & what I liked about him interfeering the second time was hat his partner grabbed the ref close to him so the ref wouldn’t catch his partner & then he did a backwards piledriver to win the match. The second match they showed from “Best in the World” was A. J. Styles vs. Adam Cole & Adam Cole just got back from Elbow surgery & a few other body parts were cleaned also & I remember one of the Commentators said that he learned from a match he had with Tully Blanchard not to reveal that you have an injury because whenever Tully asked him if his injury was legitimate injury injury Tully exposed that weakness in there match & I think that whenever Broadcaster’s who Wrestled at one time share stories it makes for an interesting show. A. J. Styles has kept the character change he had in TNA & he still has the beard & the coat or jacket he had when he left& he’s in Japan as most people who read this website know & he’s won the highest honor that there is to win in Japan & that’s the IWGP Title & Adam Cole decided mock the Honor code by spitting in A. J. Styles hand, so suffice it to say that all of the offensethat A. J. Styles had in the match came about 75% harder because of the disrespect from Adam Cole. I believe that the way A. J. Styles hit the two piledrivers was the most careful careful way I’ve ever seen, because Styles knee hit the mat before Cole’s body, and then he hit the Styles Clash & it was over & then he decide dto do the Honore Code.
