Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Danielson has significant creative control regarding his bookings in AEW.
The topic of Danielson working a Bunkhouse Brawl on Saturday night’s episode of AEW Collision came up, just a day before his match with Will Ospreay at AEW Dynasty 2024.
While AEW President Tony Khan makes the final calls, Danielson “isn’t doing anything he doesn’t want to do.”
Danielson will team with Claudio Castagnoli against Konosuke Takeshita and Kyle Fletcher tonight on AEW Collision.
