The WWE World Tag Team Championships changed hands on the June 24, 2024 edition of Monday Night RAW, as orchestrated by Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan.
In an attempt to further her connection with Dominik Mysterio, Morgan — who had given Mysterio various “gifts” prior — was able to manipulate R-Truth into agreeing to put the tag titles on the line against JD McDonagh and Finn Balor.
In the main event of the night, The Judgment Day’s numbers proved advantageous, as Carlito got involved before being run off by Braun Strowman, only for Morgan to also interfere, attacking R-Truth.

A dropkick into the corner, followed by a Coup de Grace, and Balor was able to score the pinfall over R-Truth to capture the tag titles for himself and McDonagh.
