Do You Observe Stone Cold Steve Austin 3:16 Day? | Question Of The Day

Welcome to another eWrestlingNews Question of the Day!

It’s St. Patrick’s Day, but yesterday was also March 16th, aka 3/16, aka “3:16 Day” where Stone Cold Steve Austin is “celebrated” in alcoholic fashion.

Given how it’s Monday, it’s doubtful many people are going to be partaking in lots of drinking today for any reason even if they are pro wrestling fans on top of it being St. Patrick’s Day. But maybe you had a get-together or something over the weekend instead?

My question for you today is “Did you do anything for 3:16 Day or have any wrestling related plans for St. Patrick’s Day?”

Remember to answer with your response in the comments below.

As far as my answer…

I’m not a drinker in any fashion, so my answer is an incredibly boring no across the board.

Rather than to keep that as my full response, I’ll just wax poetic about some other related topics.

When would Rusev Day be, if that were to follow the same trend? Every day is Rusev Day, so it wouldn’t really work for something too specific. Plus, to be honest, even if Miro does come back to WWE, I cannot for the life of me see them continuing the Rusev Day gimmick. I’d be shocked if that carried over after all these years.

No St. Patrick’s Day Slam from AEW again. I guess Tony Khan wasn’t a big fan of that name and decided to drop it. It’s always interesting to me when those things happen, and I wish I could pick his brain and see why he just opted one day to not continue with the name.

How many people are going to be tuning into Raw tonight thinking that because it’s St. Patrick’s Day, that Finn Balor is going to win the Intercontinental Championship? You know there’s going to be some out there with that specific thought in mind.

One more random extra topic for me to toss out there: if I were to ever start drinking, you can bet your bottom dollar I’m not going to be wasting those calories and spending money to support Hulk Hogan’s awful stuff he’s been hocking lately. Screw that guy for a lot of different reasons. I hate seeing those commercials every week, and I’m looking forward to when that tanks like all the other side hustles and we don’t have to hear about it anymore.

What do you think? Drop your thoughts below!
