One day removed from Super ShowDown, the brand-new Universal Champion Goldberg is set to appear, the new SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Miz and John Morrison are in action, and last but certainly not least the sixteen-time World Champion will be making his long-awaited return to WWE! What did Smackdown bring on Friday February 28?
5. Curtis Axel Back On TV
I was quite happy to see Curtis Axel wrestling again on live TV. I can’t remember the last time he was actually utilized and that’s a shame because he’s incredibly talented. He’s the son of Mr. Perfect Curt Hennig for goodness sake.

I for one really enjoyed his run as a Paul Heyman guy even though, the sole purpose was to get the CM Punk and Heyman feud TV time. I think if WWE gave him a better persona he could be a big star. Perhaps him aligned with Drew Gulak will keep him around a little longer.
