After the events of the Elimination Chamber last night, WWE is headed towards the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, OH for the Money in the Bank PPV, two weeks away, June 14, on the WWE Network.
Many of the matches have been set only hours after the Elimination Chamber PPV. These matches are mostly-expected, as they are continuing angles from the Elimination Chamber PPV.
The Money in the Bank event features the infamous “Money in the Bank” ladder match, where six to eight men participate in a ladder match, with hopes of grabbing the Money in the Bank briefcase that ensures a WWE World Heavyweight Championship contract within a year.
Many who have won the Money in the Bank briefcase have successfully went on to become a World champion. Names of Edge, CM Punk, Randy Orton and current WWE World Heavyweight champion, Seth Rollins are just to name a few.
