The third individual to be eliminated from the second season of NXT was Lucky Cannon. Cannon was accompanied by WWE pro Mark Henry. Cannon’s first match on NXT took place on June 15, 2010, where he and Mark Henry would fall to Michael McGillicutty – and his pro, Kofi Kingston – in a tag team contest. Cannon would amass a record of three wins and five losses during his time on NXT.
Lucky Cannon would be eliminated in Week 10 of the contest. He would continue wrestling in WWE’s developmental Florida Championship Wrestling promotion for the next year. On July 21, 2011, Cannon would wrestle his final professional wrestling match at Florida Underground Wrestling in an FUW Championship match, which he would lose. He has not competed since then.
In late 2011, Cannon was arrested for impersonating a police officer, later being released on bail. The charges were reportedly dropped. Cannon’s whereabouts are not known.
