With wrestling shows running all year round, it’s no surprise that many relationships form on the road. The long hours, constant travel, and shared love for the business often bring people closer together. Some of these bonds lead to marriage and family life, while others quietly fade or end in dramatic fashion.
Wrestling sites have made it easier than ever to find out who is dating whom, pulling back the curtain on what used to be a more private part of the business. You may be surprised to learn there are at least 110 real-life wrestling couples currently together. That number could be even higher, since some relationships are kept away from the public eye.
The aim of this extensive list is to show how much wrestling connects people. I hope you feel the love tonight (yes, that’s a Lion King quote) as I present this staggering aviary of love birds, all captured in picture form.
1. Matthew Rehwoldt (fka Aiden English) & Shaul Guerrero {Married}
Shaul is the daughter of the legendary Eddie Guerrero and Vickie Guerrero. She wrestled in WWE’s FCW & NXT development territories, til she left in 2014 to deal with an eating disorder. In 2020, she announced for the AEW Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament.
Aiden English is a former tag team wrestler in WWE, before moving on to a commentary role. He was released in 2020 with many others due to cutbacks amid the coronavirus pandemic. He has since provided commentary for TNA Wrestling.
2. Aleister Black & Zelina Vega {Married}
They may have known each other beforehand, but it was their time in NXT which led them along the path to marriage. They tied the knot in 2018 and have since enjoyed several years of success in WWE.
After being released by WWE in 2021, Malakai Black joined the AEW roster and spent much of his tenure leading the House Of Black stable. He returned to WWE on April 25th 2025 on SmackDown, the same show where Zelina Vega became the WWE United States Champion. They have yet to be paired up on television.
3. Allie & The Blade {Married}
Years ago, Impact Wrestling fans experienced The Blade (Braxton Sutter) being set up to marry Laurel Van Ness (Chelsea Green) in an awkward storyline. However, it should be known that he & Allie were married two years before they signed with Impact in 2013. Going by the names Cherry Bomb & Pepper Parks, they found each other on the independent scene and fell in love.
After signing with AEW, Allie (now being called The Bunny) managed The Butcher and The Blade tag team until late-2023, after it was agreed she and AEW would part ways. The Blade continues to wrestle for AEW.
4. Angelina Love & Merton Woolard {Married}
Angelina Love is known as one of The Beautiful People with Velvet Sky and Madison Rayne in TNA Wrestling, and a multi-time Knockouts Champion.
Fans of the promotion may remember the on-screen relationship between Angelina Love and Davey Richards. This became a real relationship, as they were married in 2015, but it only lasted two years before ending in divorce.
Angelina and indie wrestler Merton Woolard tied the knot in October 2023, after several years together.
5. Arianna Grace & Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo *Engaged*
Arianna Grace is the daughter of Santino Marella, and as well as being a wrestler, has acted as a representative for WWE’s NXT brand on TNA Wrestling programming. She is also known for her beauty pageants, ranking in the top 20 of Miss Universe Canada in 2023.
What many will not know about Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo is he has been involved with WWE since 2014, long before his NXT debut a few years ago. He was trained by Glenn Jacobs (Kane) and Tom Prichard. He won a Show Us Your Superstar contest when he was 18 and appeared on the pre-show panel for SummerSlam 2014.
It’s impossible to say when Grace and Stacks met, but the chances are it was backstage at NXT, where they both continue to work as very different characters on TV.
6. Awesome Kong & Dan Ouellette {Married} (?)
It isn’t easy finding information on the couple. There are some reports they were engaged in 2011 and were reportedly married later.; although it is not confirmed.
Dan Ouellette is an independent wrestler, while Awesome Kong is known for her run in TNA Wrestling as a multi-time Knockouts Champion and feud with Gail Kim. Ouellette regularly shares her tweets to his page, so it’s clear there is a relationship, but that’s as much as we know.
7. Big Bill & Lexy Nair {Married}
WWE fans will know Big Bill as Big Cass, one-half of SAWFT with Enzo Amore. Since being released by WWE, he has worked for TNA Wrestling and is now employed by AEW. He was previously in a relationship with Carmella.
Lexy Nair works as a backstage interviewer and stepdaughter of Diamond Dallas Page. They began dating in 2021 and married in 2024.
8. Billie Starkz & Uriah Connors
Uriah Connors’ real name is Brogan Finlay, and he is the youngest son of retired pro wrestler, Fit Finlay. He is currently appearing in NXT as part of Chase U..
Billie Starkz has been wrestling since she was 13 and is signed with AEW, where she mostly wrestles for Ring Of Honor. She is a former ROH Women’s TV Champion.
How did they meet? It was likely on the independent circuit before they signed with WWE and AEW. They are the youngest couple on this list, with Uriah at 22 and Billie at 20.
9. Blair Davenport (Bea Priestley) & Riley Osbourne {Married}
They married in July 2024, but both were released by WWE in early 2025 after struggling to gain momentum on their respective brands.
Bea Priestley is a well-travelled veteran of the industry. Fans may remember she was in a relationship with Will Ospreay while he was rising through the ranks in New Japan Pro Wrestling. In May 2025, she has since returned to the promotion.
10. Booker T & Sharmell {Married}
King Booker & Queen Sharmell are one of the most well-known acts here, having worked as a duo on-screen for WWE & TNA.
Many will remember Sharmell for repeatedly announcing “KING BOOKER!”, although she did also wrestle occasionally. They have been married since 2005 and have 3 children. They hold the special achievement of being one of only a few married couples in the WWE Hall Of Fame. Now can you dig that, sucka?!
11. Brian Cage & Melissa Santos {Married}
Brian & Melissa first met during their time in Lucha Underground in 2016. After moving on to Impact Wrestling, they were married in 2019, and also had a humorous mock wedding on TV conducted by Father James Mitchell.
Melissa has worked primarily as a ring announcer, although she has taken part in two matches. She also served as the host for Impact’s Twitch channel. Melissa sometimes streams from their family home, and Brian occasionally joins her on camera between AEW appearances.
Santos has since done some work with AEW, while Brian Cage wrestles regularly as a member of the Don Callis Family.
12. Brian Kendrick & Taylor Matheny {Married}
Many will know who Brian Kendrick is, but Taylor Matheny not so much. For anyone who can remember the first-ever WWE Tough Enough competition, she lost in the Final to Nidia (manager of Jamie Noble).
Unlike winners and runner-ups Nidia, Maven, Josh Mathews & Christopher Nowinski, WWE did not give Taylor a role in the company. The last time we saw her on anything related to WWE was in a YouTube video of Kendrick training Eva Marie. They have been married since 2008 and have a daughter, called Piper.
13. Brock Lesnar & Sable {Married}
It seems likely that their relationship began late in to their WWE runs. Conveniently, they both left WWE in 2004, and appeared in New Japan Pro Wrestling together in 2006.
They have since had two children together, although Brock has twins to his former wife, and Sable has a daughter to her first husband (not Marc Mero, she has been married three times). The key thing to take away from their relationship is they like their privacy living on a farm in Maryfield, Saskatchewan, Canada.
14. Bron Breakker & Izzi Dame
WWE fans know who Bron Breakker is, but some may not know who Izzi Dame is unless you watch NXT. She is a member of Shawn Spears’ stable called The Culling.
Breakker and Dame are now dating, with their relationship becoming public following his split from Cora Jade in early 2024.
15. Carmelo Hayes & Kelani Jordan *Engaged*
Yes, there is a trend here. Many relationships have formed in NXT, and this pairing of Carmelo and Kelani is more public than the rest. They have been together since 2023.
Even with Hayes now on the main roster, the couple often supports each other behind the scenes and on social media.
In early June 2025, the couple announced their engagement
16. CM Punk & AJ Lee {Married}
After CM Punk left WWE in 2014, he soon married his girlfriend AJ Lee in the summer. She continued working with WWE for over a year, despite being in the middle of the controversy surrounding her husband’s exit.
In February 2015, she publicly called out Stephanie McMahon on Twitter about the gap in pay and opportunities between male and female superstars in WWE. Plugging women’s rights, Stephanie McMahon had no choice but to talk to her father Vince McMahon about changing the way they deal with their Divas division. This was one of the sparks to encourage WWE to start the “Women’s Revolution”.
AJ Lee retired in 2015 due to spinal issues and the desire to pursue other goals, including writing. In 2019, CM Punk formed a bridge with WWE by offering commentary on WWE through the FOX series “Backstage.”. He would only do so under a FOX contract and had not ruled out a return to wrestling.
CM Punk returned to wrestling by signing with AEW. However, he was later released over an altercation with Jack Perry and is now back in WWE despite everything that happened years ago. AJ Lee remains away from the spotlight, although Punk doesn’t mind dropping his loving wife’s name in a promo every now and then.
17. Carmella & Corey Graves {Married}
As a father to 3 children, Graves sparked controversy in early 2019 when it was revealed by his ex-wife that he had an affair with Carmella. The couple is still happily together as of mid-2025, with another child on the way.
Corey Graves remains active on WWE television as a commentator, while Carmella’s WWE contract ran out in February 2025. She struggled to return to wrestling because of a condition called drop foot that had occured post pregnancy.
18. Cedric Alexander & Big Swole {Married}
Alexander & Swole were married in 2018 and have a daughter together. Cedric has been in the business since 2009, working in Ring Of Honor before WWE signed him for their new cruiserweight division. His most successful time was a member of the Hurt Business. He was later released by WWE, but has since signed with TNA Wrestling.
Big Swole made her wrestling debut in 2015. After working on the independent scene, AEW noticed her potential and signed her to a deal. Her biggest win was against Britt Baker in her dentist’s office at All Out 2020. However, after many months of inactivity, she was released the following year.
Swole accused AEW of lacking diversity. Tony Khan responded by defending AEW’s diversity and cited creative reasons for her release, stating he wasn’t a fan of her in-ring work.
19. Charlie Haas & Jenni Santana {Married}
After a successful run with Shelton Benjamin as the World’s Greatest Tag Team (AKA Kurt Angle), Haas stayed in the tag team division and found a new partner in Rico. With the help of Miss Jackie, they won the WWE Tag Team Championship. A year later, in 2005, both Haas & Jackie were released from WWE, got hitched, and had four children. Since leaving wrestling, they worked hard on their business, the “Custom Muscle Nutrition and Smoothie Shop” in Frisco, Texas.
However, the marriage ended in divorce in 2020. Two years later, Charlie announced on Twitter that he was now married to Jennifer, an aspiring wrestler going by the name of Jenni Santana. She has claimed Tito Santana is her father, though their relationship appears to be distant.
20. Chris Bey & Brittnie Brooks
TNA and NJPW fans have enjoyed Chris Bey’s rising star for the past few years, until it was abruptly ended by a serious neck injury that may have paralyzed him for the rest of his life. Luckily, he is recovering and has started walking again, although it is impossible to know if the former X Division and Tag Team Champion will ever wrestle again.
He is supported by girlfriend Brittnie Brooks, an independent wrestler who debuted in 2020 and has appeared on AEW television.
21. Claudio Castagnoli & Sara Del Rey
WWE fans know Claudio as Cesaro, and he is currently wrestling for AEW. He and Sara Del Rey have been in a relationship since 2011. From what I gathered, there are no recent photos of them together online, which shows how much they appreciate privacy.
Sara Del Ray was a well revered and accomplished wrestler working for Ring Of Honor, Shimmer, Chikara, and others. In 2012, she stopped wrestling to become a trainer for NXT. She was later promoted to assistant head coach alongside Matt Bloom (aka Albert/A-Train), where she remains to this day.
22. Cody & Brandi Rhodes {Married}
After working together in WWE for a while, it became known that Cody and Eden Stiles (her original WWE name) were in a relationship. In 2011, she requested her release from WWE and they granted it. Two months before returning to WWE in 2013, they got married and are still happily together today.
In 2016, they both requested their releases from WWE and began a tour of professional wrestling, starting with Impact Wrestling. After that, they had stints in Ring Of Honor and New Japan, before forming All Elite Wrestling in 2018. With management positions, they had a ton of influence over the product and regularly appeared on TV. Brandi had a short stint as a wrestler and leader of a stable.
In 2022, they both left AEW after not being able to agree on a contract. Cody Rhodes returned to WWE and went on to become the Undisputed WWE Champion at WrestleMania 40. Brandi has not signed with WWE in an official capacity, although she has accompanied Cody during his biggest WrestleMania entrances, along with being a guest on talk shows.
23. Dakota Kai & Eddy Thorpe
Sometime over the past few years, they began a relationship while working for WWE. Dakota Kai won several tag team titles and played a role during the height of the Damage CTRL stable on the main roster, while Eddy Thorpe worked through NXT’s ranks.
Just as it looked as if they were about to break through on their brands, they were released on the same day, May 2nd 2025. There hasn’t been anything significant from Dakota Kai since her release. It was recently reported that Eddy Thorpe asked for his release, as he was unhappy working as a professional wrestler.
24. Daniel Bryan & Brie Bella {Married}
Remember the time when Daniel Bryan won the WWE Championship at WrestleMania? Well, five days later, he & Brie Bella got married. Brie is a former Divas Champion who retired in 2016 to focus on her family and other projects, but has continued working with WWE as an ambassador.
In the past few years, they have introduced a girl (Birdie in 2017) and boy (Buddy, this year) to the world. Their life has been well-documented over the years on the reality TV shows Total Divas and Total Bellas. Bryan moved on to AEW, where he became the World Champion. Brie has made sporadic appearances for WWE and AEW, along with working on other things like podcasts and other TV shows.
25. Deonna Purrazzo & Steve Maclin {Married}
They have worked for WWE in varying capacities, but are probably best known for their time in TNA Wrestling. Maclin was formerly known as Steve Cutler of The Forgotten Sons. They began dating in 2020 (possibly while they were with WWE) and were later married in 2022.
Purrazzo is one of the greatest Knockouts Champions of all time, and as can be seen above, she was the champion when Maclin claimed the TNA World Championship in 2023. She has since signed with AEW, while her husband remains in TNA. He has since become the first TNA International Champion.
26. Drake Maverick (Rockstar Spud) & Renee Michelle {Married}
Formerly known as Rockstar Spud on TNA/Impact Wrestling, he was the manager of EC3 and occasional wrestler. Upon signing with WWE, his name changed and he became the General Manager of 205 Live. To WWE fans, he is mostly known for chasing after 24/7 Champion R-Truth; along with his more recent success in NXT. He & Renee Michelle married in 2019, and WWE thought it would be funny to produce a mock wedding which R-Truth crashed.
Renee is a wrestler too, performing mostly on the independent scene. She’s also had two matches in WWE, the first to Candice LeRae in the 2017 Mae Young Classic. The second occurred on an episode of Raw, as she paired up with her husband in a losing effort against R-Truth & Carmella for the 24/7 title.
Drake Maverick was released from WWE for a second time in November 2021. A few months later, it was reported he was rehired by WWE to serve on the creative team.
27. Eddie & Alisha Edwards {Married}
Eddie & Alisha have been in Impact Wrestling together for many few years. Alisha made her TNA debut way back in 2008 as a jobber for Awesome Kong. You could say they are one of the most experienced active couples in wrestling, as Eddie’s an 23-year veteran, and Alisha debuted 19 years ago. They have one daughter together.
Most of Alisha’s championships have been won in other companies (Chaotic, World Women’s Wrestling), while Eddie is the only TNA & ROH Triple Crown Champion in history. They currently work together as heels in “The System” faction.
28. Adam Copeland (Edge) & Beth Phoenix {Married}
Their relationship is well-documented, but in case you don’t know? Edge & Beth Phoenix started a relationship after Edge retired in 2011, with what everyone thought was a career ending injury. Beth retired in 2012 after becoming frustrated over the way WWE used the Divas Division.
She helped him through hard times, and they had two kids together before getting married in 2016. After a successful return to WWE, Copeland let his contract expire in 2023 to sign with AEW. Phoenix remained with WWE until the following year, when her contract ran out.
29. Elton Prince & Kelly Kincaid
Prince is one-half of the Pretty Deadly tag team. They debuted for WWE in 2020 and have since won three tag team titles in NXT and NXT UK. Kincaid works for WWE as a backstage reporter.
They are yet to be married or engaged. As of September 20 2024, they have a daughter together.
30. Athena (fka Ember Moon) & Matthew Palmer {Married}
In 2017, during an indie wrestling show, Matthew Palmer proposed to his girlfriend (going by the ring name Athena) in the middle of the ring. They married in 2018, the same year Ember Moon reigned as NXT Champion before making her main roster debut.
Palmer is still plugging away in the independents, while Athena is signed with AEW and is the current and longest ever reigning ROH Women’s World Champion.
31. Erik & Sarah Logan (Valhalla) {Married}
They likely met during their time in NXT, and the relationship flourished as she worked with The War Raiders on a special Viking-themed entrance for TakeOver. Their love for the Viking culture went to another level during a Viking themed wedding in late-2018.
After working hard as one-third of the Riott Squad, WWE split them up and Logan had a short singles run. She was released from her WWE contract in April during the COVID-19 pandemic, and she announced her retirement from wrestling. In July, the couple announced they would be introducing their own little Viking to the world.
Sarah Logan made a surprise return to WWE in the 2022 Royal Rumble. She later returned to full-time action as Valhalla, a member of the Viking Raiders. In 2024, she took maternity leave as they expected their second child. A year later, Sarah was released, and later confirmed that WWE chose not to renew her contract.
At the end of 2024, the War Raiders won their second World Tag Team Championship. They later lost the titles to The New Day at WrestleMania 41.
32. Gigi Dolin & Zachary Wentz (fka Nash Carter) *Engaged*
Zachary Wentz went through some trouble to get to where he is today. After he began dating indie wrestler Kimber Lee in 2018, they were married in 2020. Known for his time in TNA’s Rascalz stable, he signed with WWE (now going by Nash Carter) with fellow stablemate Wes Lee in the same year. MSK won the NXT Tag Team titles shortly after, and everything looked good.
In 2022, he and Kimber Lee separated. She then accused him of domestic abuse and dressing up as Adolf Hitler for fun (which she later shared online). He stressed the abuse never happened, and called the photo incident a stupid mistake. Still, this was enough for WWE to release him.
Over a year later, he returned to TNA Wrestling. Sometime in 2023, it was reported that he was dating NXT’s Gigi Dolin. They got engaged in October of the same year.
In 2024, as part of the WWE-TNA partnership, Wentz was asked to wrestle in NXT again while under TNA contract. Gigi Dolin, who had enjoyed some success in NXT, began wrestling in TNA while under WWE contract. However, she was released in May 2025, and is likely to return to her previous wrestling name, Priscilla Kelly, the name she used prior to signing with WWE.
33. Gunther & Jinny {Married}
Most fans are aware of who Gunther is, so let’s talk about Jinny.
She began wrestling in 2015, and began working with WWE only two years later. In 2018, she was announced as part of the NXT UK Women’s Division. Jinny was the “Fashionista” of the brand, a smart, yet snobby and well-dressed character who looked down at her fellow wrestlers.
Under the ring name Walter, Gunther began his WWE career in NXT UK, where he became the longest reigning NXT UK Champion. Jinny and Gunther had already met on the independent scene before making it to WWE, but they began dating properly while in NXT UK, and married in a private ceremony in 2022. Jinny retired from wrestling in early 2023 due to a severe, lingering concussion.
The couple had a son in 2023, and this year, they bought a home together in Cambridge, England.
34. Jack Perry (fka Jungle Boy) & Anna Jay
Two AEW originals who have been with the promotion for many years. It was revealed in 2021 that the pair began dating. They’ve kept most of their relationship private since going public in 2021. Jack is the son of celebrity actor Luke Perry, who passed away in 2019.
He is also known as a former TNT Champion and AEW World Tag Team Champion. Jay has yet to win any championships since making her wrestling debut in 2019.
35. Jacy Jayne & Troy Hollywood
As of this writing, Jacy Jayne is the current NXT Women’s Champion and member of the Fatal Influence stable. She is a former two-time NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion with Gigi Dolin, and was trained by Jay Lethal and Matt Sydal before signing with WWE in 2021.
Troy Hollywood is another student of Jay Lethal. He works as an independent wrestler, with his biggest match probably being against his mentor on an episode of AEW Dark.He began dating Jayne in 2019, before she joined WWE two years later.
36. Jake Crist & Neveah {Married}
Jake Crist & Neveah are childhood sweethearts. They were happily married in 2013 and have two kids. Crist is a former Impact X-Division Champion. He and his brother Dave regularly appeared for Impact Wrestling as a member of Sami Callihan’s oVe stable.
He stepped away from the spotlight not long after his brother Dave was released following sexual misconduct allegations. Jake has since made one-off appearances in TNA since 2021.
Neveah has been wrestling since 2004, but finally got her big break in Impact in 2020 while teaming with longtime friend Havok. She departed in 2021, and was last seen for a one-off match in 2023.
37. Jake Hager (Jack Swagger) & Catalina White (fka Saylor James) {Married}
Hager is a former WWE World Champion, undefeated MMA fighter, and AEW wrestler. Arguably, his best work was as part of The Real Americans with Cesaro and manager Zeb Colter. He did not win any championships in AEW, and left the company on bad terms in 2024 as he was unhappy. Hager felt that Tony Khan was going to fire him for supporting Donald Trump.
Catalina White, who briefly wrestled in FCW as Saylor James, met Hager during her short WWE tenure in 2008. She was released the following year. The couple was married in 2011 and have two children together.
38. Jeff & Karen Jarrett {Married}
Karen is known for being married to Kurt Angle and has two children with him. In 2009, some controversy hit TNA Wrestling as it was revealed that not too long after Karen had filed for divorce, she started a new relationship with Jeff Jarrett. After finding out, Dixie Carter made Jeff take a leave of absence in 2009. They were soon engaged and married the following year.
The real-life tension between Kurt, Jeff, and Karen eventually became a TV storyline in 2011. There was a rumor they had an affair, but it was later said this wasn’t the case as Kurt & Karen were separated. The Jarretts went on to form Global Force Wrestling, but lost their business investment after merging with Impact Wrestling.
Jeff & Karen Jarrett are currently working for All Elite Wrestling.
39. Jimmy Uso & Naomi {Married}
Having grown up in WWE’s developmental system FCW and getting promoted to the main roster in the early 2010’s, Jimmy & Naomi formed a relationship. Jimmy and Naomi married in 2014 on the island of Maui. While they don’t have children together, Naomi helps raise Jimmy’s two kids from a previous marriage.
Both have enjoyed championship reigns in WWE, although they’ve had their struggles with Jimmy’s legal issues stemming from several DUI’s.
Naomi walked out of WWE with Sasha Banks in 2022 after creative issues with Vince McMahon. She signed with TNA Wrestling in 2023, and now going by her real first name of Trinity, later won the TNA Knockouts Championship. After losing it to Jordynne Grace in early 2024, she returned to WWE.
40. Johnny TV (John Morrison) & Taya Valkyrie {Married}
After leaving WWE in 2011, Morrison worked on the independent scene. He likely met Taya Valkyrie in Lucha Underground or Mexico’s AAA in 2014 or 2015, and the relationship grew for at least two years before they got married. They both signed with Impact Wrestling in 2017 and found great success. In 2019, they became a power couple in Impact Wrestling, with John holding the World Championship and Taya the Knockouts Championship.
They lorded over the promotion for a while. After John lost the title and returned to WWE, Valkyrie carried on and became the longest reigning Knockouts Champion of all time. In 2021, Valkyrie left TNA to become Franky Monet in NXT, but this stint was short-lived as she was released later in the same year. She worked for TNA again, and a few other promotions, until she and Johnny signed with AEW in 2023.
41. Johnny Gargano & Candice LeRae {Married}
Much like Eddie & Alisha Edwards, Johnny & Candice are a veteran couple in the business. LeRae debuted in 2002, and Gargano in 2005. They were known for working intergender matches with and against each other before joining NXT. They featured in a documentary discussing their dynamic.
In NXT, they were paired up on TV as obnoxious heels in “The Way” stable, along with skits that occasionally took fans inside their home life.. Before they were promoted to the main roster, Gargano was arguably known as the most successful wrestler in NXT history, and for his critically acclaimed feud with long-time friend Tommaso Ciampa (who he teams with again as part of DIY).
The couple was married in 2016 and had their first child born in 2022.
42. Jon Moxley & Renee Paquette (Young) {Married}
During the early days of The Shield’s run to WWE’s main roster in 2013, Renee Young debuted in NXT as a backstage interviewer. She also co-hosted main roster PPVs. Moxley and Young met and their relationship did not become public knowledge for a while, likely because Moxley doesn’t use social media.
In 2017, they finally tied the knot in an impromptu ceremony. When Moxley left for AEW, it was speculated that WWE would somehow punish Young; but she stated that nothing changed. In early 2020, after getting COVID-19 and revealing it to the world, it was reported she had heat with the company as she was not meant to share her diagnosis.
Renee was reportedly upset that WWE did not call to ask if she was alright a couple of weeks later. Jon Moxley’s AEW title defense had to be postponed as he isolated with her. AEW allowed Taz to take a shot at WWE’s handling of the pandemic, by labeling it a “sloppy shop”. Young announced her amicable departure from WWE in August, leaving after SummerSlam. WWE gave her a proper sendoff, with other hosts (Charly Caruso, JBL etc.) who thanked her for doing an amazing job. She cited her reasons for leaving as having achieved everything she could, along with the cancellation of WWE Backstage.
They have since enjoyed their time in AEW, where Moxley is the current World Champion (as of this writing). In the summer of 2021, their daughter was born. In November of the same year, Moxley checked himself in to rehab for alcholism, and returned to wrestling a few months later.
43. Jordynne Grace & Jonathan Gresham {Married}
It’s difficult to say where they met, but they worked the independent scene long before they signed deals with Impact Wrestling and Ring Of Honor.
Jordynne Grace became one of the most successful TNA Knockouts Champions of all time, and cemented this by appearing in the WWE Royal Rumble with the title. She left TNA in early 2025 to sign with WWE and join the NXT brand. She is also known for setting powerlifting records and winning a bodybuilding contest.
Jonathan Gresham is mostly known for his time as the ROH World Champion, and for portraying the Suicide character in Impact Wrestling for a short time. He was the last ROH Champion before Tony Khan and AEW took over the promotion.
This did not sit well with Gresham, as he requested his release shortly after losing the title to Claudio Castagnoli. He signed with TNA again and debuted a new character with a mask, but it didn’t find him any success, and it was later confirmed he left the company in early 2025.
The couple announced their engagement in 2018 and were married in September 2020.
44. Josh Alexander & Jade Chung {Married}
The “Walking Weapon” debuted all the way back in 2005, but it took until 2019 to sign with TNA Wrestling and find real success. Josh Alexander and Ethan Page teamed up to form The North, and won the tag team titles on two occasions. After his partner left for WWE, he received a major push, which started with him dominating the X Division, and then going on to win the World Championship at Bound For Glory 2021.
His second World title victory in 2022 set a record for the longest reigning of all time, and it only ended due to a torn triceps injury. This was a big blow for TNA, as he’d been a traveling babyface champion for the company and brought it plenty of success and a better reputation. After returning from injury, Alexander surprised the fans by turning heel, but he never reached the same level of success. After 6 years with TNA, he decided it was time to leave and sign with AEW, where he quickly joined the Don Callis Family.
Jade Chung has been in the business since 2003, mostly as a manager, and rarely as a wrestler. During her time with ROH, PWG and other promotions, some of the wrestlers she managed include: Alex Shelley, Austin Aries, Frankie Kazarian, Jack Evans, Matt Sydal, Scorpio Sky and Shane Douglas.
In 2023, Jade replaced David Penzer as the lead ring announcer in 2023 before departing in late-2024.
The couple married in 2016 and have two children together.
45. Julia Hart & Lee Johnson {Married}
Julia Hart debuted in 2019, but only began a regular wrestling schedule after signing with AEW in 2021. She has since become a mainstay in its women’s division. Julia found great success after being forcibly recruited to the House Of Black stable, where she introduced a gothic character and enjoyed a TBS Championship reign of 155 days. She became the youngest champion in AEW history at 22 years old.
Julia remains connected to Brody King and Buddy Matthews after Malakai (Aleister) Black returned to WWE, and often teams with her friend Skye Blue.
Lee Johnson has been working with AEW as an enhancement talent since 2020. He recently formed a tag team with Blake Christian, which has given them a lot more airtime working against main event talent like Will Ospreay and Swerve Strickland.
After being engaged for about a year, the couple officially married in October 2023.
46. Karrion Kross & Scarlett {Married}
One of the hottest acts in wrestling in more ways than one, Karrion Kross (fka Killer Kross) & Scarlett (Bordeaux) are destined to create history at each other’s side. After getting over in Impact Wrestling, Kross signed with WWE and won the NXT Championship. And while Scarlett has spent much of her recent years as a manager, she can wrestle if needed.
However, their potential was ultimately limited when Kross was promoted to the main roster and given a new look. Without Scarlett and his spectacular NXT entrance, Kross’ career suffered and it took a long time to gain any kind of momentum. Things began to look up when WWE allowed Scarlett to join him, and then again with the formation of the Final Testament stable. With a victory over the Wyatt Sicks, Kross was finally on the up.
However, again, his career suffered once more when the rest of Final Testament were released. Kross would only appear in backstage segments to play mind games with other WWE Superstars.
After only being given a small role in WrestleMania 41, he cut a passionate promo on the recap show on AJ Styles and his frustration with WWE. This attitude gradually got over with fans, as they wanted to see him wrestle. Kross was granted his first singles match on PLE since late-2022 with Sami Zayn at Night Of Champions.
Their relationship began in Impact Wrestling. They later announced their engagement in 2021 and were married on a glacier in 2022.
47. Chris Hero (fka Kassius Ohno) & Rachael Ellering *Engaged*
Not much is known about the relationship between former WWE superstars Kassius Ohno & Rachael Ellering (daughter of Road Warriors/AOP manager Paul Ellering), but they sure make a cute couple. Rachael posts the odd picture of them together on her social media. It is unclear when they became engaged.
Hero currently works as a producer for AEW, while Ellering has appeared in ROH as a wrestler.
48. Alba Fyre (Kay Lee Ray) & Stevie Xavier {Married}
They likely met while working together in Scottish promotion ICW and the revived World Of Sport. Kay Lee Ray has been a champion wherever she goes and held the NXT UK title for over a year; making her the longest reigning women’s champion at the time.
She later became Alba Fyre in NXT, winning the WWE and NXT Tag Team titles with Isla Dawn. After her tag partner was released, Alba joined Chelsea Green and Piper Niven on the main roster as the Secret Hervice stable.
Stevie Xavier has yet to find his big break, but was working hard up to 2021. Since then, it is difficult to find anymore information on his career. The couple were married in the same year.
49. Frankie Kazarian & Traci Brooks {Married}
Many will remember Traci Brooks as a manager in TNA Wrestling for Michael Shane, Robert Roode, and Kazarian (for a short time). While she didn’t win any titles with TNA, she claimed at least ten championships in other promotions. She was the first Knockout asked to pose for Playboy, although her photos were ultimately released online instead of appearing in the magazine. She was inducted in to the TNA Hall Of Fame in 2023.
Frankie Kazarian is known for his time in TNA as a former X-Division & Tag Team Champion; along with being the original portrayer of the character “Suicide”. Before this, he had a brief stint in WWE, mostly on lesser shows like Velocity. After TNA, he moved on to ROH and achieved tag team success with Christopher Daniels as Bad Influence, and later SoCal Uncensored in AEW.
Struggling for airtime in AEW for a couple of years, Kazarian decided to return to TNA in 2021. He has since challenged for the TNA World Championship as the “King Of TNA” character.
50. Keith Lee & Michin (Mia Yim) {Married}
Having shared stories of abuse by former partners, or from people they have met while out drinking (read Keith Lee’s story if you haven’t already!), it seems fitting that these two lovely people have got together. It surprised me when NXT paired them up on screen, because I had no idea they were together… but it makes sense looking back.
Keith Lee moved on from NXT, and his main roster run initially went well as he clashed with Brock Lesnar and Braun Strowman. However, absence due to injuries, heart inflammation, and a gimmick change (to Bearcat), culminated in him being released in 2022. He signed with AEW and was doing well, but has been absent for well over a year due to an undisclosed injury. Lee has recently said he is ready to return, but it is up to management to decide how and when.
Mia Yim moved up to WWE’s main roster as part of the ludicrous Retribution with her name changed to Reckoning. She was released for a short while, returned to TNA, and then returned to WWE in late-2022. Mia Yim later changed her name to Michin and adopted more of a street fighter persona.
The couple were engaged in February 2021 and married a year later.
51. Kiera Hogan & Diamante
Their relationship was announced in 2019 while working for Impact Wrestling. Diamante was an original member of the revived LAX lineup with Konnan, Ortiz & Santana, but an injury sidelined her for a long time. Kiera Hogan found considerable success as a two-time Knockouts Tag Team Champion with Tasha Steelz.
After leaving Impact Wrestling, they have been working for AEW, mostly in the ROH Women’s Division. Both are still working toward their first major singles championships.
52. Killer Kelly & Myron Reed
Killer Kelly is a Portuguese wrestler who some WWE fans may remember for her run in NXT UK. She has since had runs with TNA with lengthy breaks in between, with her biggest success being winning the Knockouts Tag Titles two times with partner Masha Slamovich as MK Ultra.
The latest break was likely maternity leave for her first child with her partner, Myron Reed. She recently returned to challenge her former partner to a Knockouts Championship match.
Myron Reed is best known for his time in Major League Wrestling. Outside of that, he has worked for TNA (once as part of The Rascalz stable) and many independent promotions.
53. Kit Wilson & Stevie Turner {Married}
Kit Wilson has won three NXT Tag Team Championships with Elton Prince as Pretty Deadly. He is currently wrestling on his own while his tag partner recovers from injury.
Stevie Turner began her career as a wrestler, going as far to join the NXT UK Women’s Division. She now serves more as an on-screen authority figure for NXT and Evolve, wrestling only occasionally in 2025.
The couple likely met during their time in NXT UK and were married last year.
54. Madison Rayne & Josh Mathews {Married}
They are humorous in several ways. First of all… it’s Josh Mathews. Need I say more? Secondly, Madison Rayne is one of the most successful Knockouts of all time, so she’s clearly out of his league.
When Don Callis had to step back during the COVID-19 pandemic, they began commentating together. It made them the first-ever, full-time married couple to announce a wrestling show. Not only that, but they purposely acted like they weren’t married. Madison made it sound like she wouldn’t get with Josh if he was the last man alive. They were clearly enjoying playing their characters to spite the other.
Madison Rayne left TNA in 2022 to sign with AEW as a coach and part-time wrestler. After over a decade with the company, Josh Mathews left TNA to become a producer in AEW.
55. Kylie Rae & Isaias Velasquez *Engaged*
Kylie Rae is known as one of the first women AEW signed, but she opted out due to mounting pressure coinciding with depression. She signed with Impact Wrestling later, because she had time to recover and it was easier for her to deal with. More recently, she wrestled for the NWA and is currently working for WWE on the Evolve brand.
Velasquez has worked for several independent promotions, including MLW, Impact, CHIKARA, CZW, EVOLVE, Warrior and more. It’s not known when and where they met, but Kylie sure looks happy to get her engagement ring! And this was about five years ago, so they are in no rush to get married.
Velasquez said at the time, “Falling in love with her was the easiest thing I’ve ever done.💛💍 Gem with the solid on using her cuteness to help me out. 🐶❤️”
56. Leila Grey & Luke Kurtis {Married}
known as one of the “Baddies”, a group led by Jade Cargill. She’s a former three-time OVW Women’s Champion and has managed Top Flight in AEW since Cargill’s departure.
Luke Kurtis has worked for OVW and as an enhancement talent for AEW. It is likely the couple met during their time in OVW. They were married in March of this year.
57. Lexis King & Carolina (Emma) Cruz
In late-2024, it became public that NXT’s Lexis King and Emma Cruz are dating. Before his name change, King was known as Brian Pillman Jr.
He is the son of Melanie and his late father, Brian Pillman, although he never really knew him, and was raised by his aunt as his mother was a drug addict. He got to know his mother later in life, after starting his wrestling career, but she died of an accidental overdose in 2022. When debuting with NXT, he acknowledged his father’s legacy, but didn’t want to be in his shadow, and instead make his own.
Emma was released from WWE last month, so she changed her name to Catalina Cruz, and is now wrestling for Shine and on the indies.
58. Lyra Valkyria & LJ Cleary *Engaged*
Some fans may recognize LJ Cleary as the “dorky-looking guy” at ringside during Lyra Valkyria’s recent title defense against Becky Lynch. What many will not know, is that he is an accomplished wrestler in Ireland, UK, and Japan (Pro Wrestling NOAH) for over a decade.
Of course, WWE fans know Lyra Valkyria as the first Women’s Intercontinental Champion, along with her runs in NXT and NXT UK since 2020.
It is likely LJ and Lyra met on the independent scene when they began dating ten years ago. They got engaged in September 2024.
59. Maria Kanellis & Mike Bennett {Married}
Leaving WWE in 2010 was not the end of the world for Maria Kanellis. Upon landing in Ring Of Honor in 2011, she met Mike Bennett and they got engaged the following year.
By 2014, they were married and have since had two children. Their biggest success was as a power couple in ROH & Impact, but the biggest regret is likely struggling to get WWE management to believe they have the skills to be a major force.
After Mike went on hiatus to deal with a prescription drug addiction, it became clear WWE had no long-term plans for them. No matter how hard they wanted it, WWE was not willing to pull the trigger, instead choosing to embarrass them with silly storylines. They left WWE and landed a deal with the NWA. They had short stints in ROH and TNA before signing with AEW.
Reuniting with Matt Taven, and later Roderick Strong and Adam Cole, Mike Bennett had a major boost to his career. He and Taven won the ROH World Tag Team titles, and were involved in the major feud between Adam Cole and MJF. However, since the Undisputed Kingdom split up, he & Taven have been working on their own in ROH and NJPW. Maria left AEW in early 2025 and is figuring out her next move.
In May 2025, they announced their third child is on the way.
60. Masha Slamovich & Akira
Since defeating Jordynne Grace for the Knockouts Championship in October, Masha Slamovich has carried the division as the champion. There are several gunning for her, including Killer Kelly, Tessa Blanchard, and NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne. She has appeared on NXT as the champion as well. This comes after working hard for a few years to overcome Jordynne Grace as her main rival. She’s also known for working hardcore type matches in Game Changer Wrestling (GCW).
Akira is known for his time in GCW and MLW, where he is a former World Middleweight and World Tag Team Champion. They’ve teamed and wrestled against each other in several promotions, including a match for the Middleweight Championship. They have been together for at least two years.
61. Matt Hardy & Reby Sky {Married}
Before Matt & Reby met on the indie scene, Reby worked primarily as a wrestler, dancer and model. After getting married in 2013, she retired from wrestling and focused on family. Matt has been better since marrying Reby, as he struggled with drink & drugs for a while, to the point where he once scared fans by posting what many believed was a suicide note on YouTube.
The family played a big part in Matt Hardy’s creation, the “Broken Universe”. This proved so popular it found its way to WWE and AEW.
Matt is currently working for TNA and recently won the tag team titles with his brother Jeff. They returned to WWE as part of the cross promotion with NXT while they were the champions. Reby was last seen during a cinematic match with the Nemeth Brothers earlier this year.
The family has four children now, including their three sons, Maxel, Wolfgang, and Bartholomew, along with a daughter named Eevee.
62. Maxxine Dupri & Anthony Luke *Engaged*
WWE fans know Maxxine for her time in WWE as a member of Alpha Academy. Anthony Luke is a former football player who has been in WWE developmental since last year, and made his televised debut this year on LFG.
They began dating in 2023 and got engaged on Christmas Eve 2024.
63. Megan Bayne & Joey Janela
Fans of AEW’s early years will know Joey Janela. He had some memorable matches against the likes of Kenny Omega, Jon Moxley and Hangman Page. However, he became frustrated with creative and left in 2022. He has since enjoyed a healthy career on the independent scene.
Megan Bayne debuted in 2017 and spent her early career developing in OVW, where she won the OVW Women’s Championship. After departing in 2023, she worked in Stardom and developed her Greek Goddess look and entrance attire. She impressed AEW management during early matches and was quickly signed to a full-time deal. Bayne shocked the division by dominating to the point she almost defeated Toni Storm to become the AEW Women’s World Champion. Since then, she has retained some of her dominance.
There is no information on where Joey and Megan met. It’s likely they met sometime after Janela left AEW and before Megan signed.
64. Mercedes Moné & The Beast Mortos
The newest couple in wrestling surprised many fans. Mercedes was previously married to former WWE costume designer Sarath Ton, but they divorced in 2024. Since leaving WWE, she has become arguably the most accomplished wrestler in the business, as she currently holds at least six championships, and is looking for another at All In: Texas.
The Beast Mortos is less known by the casual wrestling fan. He previously worked for AAA and Impact Wrestling as Black Taurus, before moving on to AEW. He’s bigger than the average luchador, but is just as agile and athletic as anyone. That mix of power, finesse, and a menacing look makes him one to watch. He has absolutely earned the spot he currently has through hard work.
65. Mickie James & Nick Aldis {Married}
Working for Impact Wrestling, Mickie James and Nick Aldis (fka Magnus) found each other and fell in love. By 2015, after Aldis had become TNA World Champion, they got married and had a child together.
Since leaving Impact, Aldis revived the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship with two incredible reigns. Mickie became a four-time Knockouts Champion and brought it to the Royal Rumble, effectively beginning a partnership between WWE and TNA that exists to this day.
Aldis has seemingly retired from the ring to serve as SmackDown’s General Manager, while Mickie now works with WWE and also holds a major role in OVW as Creative Director, Head of Female Talent, and Executive Producer.
66. MJF & Alicia Atout
MJF was engaged to Naomi Rosenblum by late-2022, but they unexpectedly broke up only a few months later. The breakup hit him hard and even became part of AEW storylines used against him.
However, it was later revealed that he and Alicia Atout had begun dating after working together for several years in different promotions. She talked about their relationship on AEW Unrestricted.
“I have known Maxwell Jacob Friedman since we were both in our early 20s, I believe he was 20 and I was 21 when we first met. We had a lot of back and forth, a lot of interviews, a lot of very ridiculous, ridiculous moments together from him kicking me to me slapping him across the face, yes, yes. So one would wonder, ‘How did two people over the span of seven and a half years come to where we are now?
He is just so annoyingly persistent that he just bogged me down, and bogged me down. He always says in promos and when addressing the audience he gets everything that he wants and that just so happened to be the case over here. So, now this where we’re at.”
67. Montez Ford & Bianca Belair {Married}
They met during their time in NXT and were married in 2018. Bianca Belair has become one of the most accomplished women’s wrestlers in WWE history, while Montez Ford keeps finding his way as one half of the Street Profits.
They’re one of WWE’s most public couples, further proven by their reality show, “Love & WWE: Bianca & Montez”
68. Natalya & Tyson Kidd {Married}
While some may assume this relationship started (and you wouldn’t be blamed for thinking that) during The Hart Dynasty days, Natalya and Tyson Kidd were together long before that. 2001 in fact, eight years before their main roster debut! And even then, they did not get married til 2013, meaning they waited well over a decade to tie the knot.
They will celebrate twenty years together next year, which is awesome! It’s a shame Tyson Kidd had to retire and we didn’t get to see what he could do, but at least WWE keeps him on as a producer. Natalya remains with WWE and keeps on setting Guinness World Records.
69. Nikki Cross & Big Damo (fka Killian Dain) {Married}
It’s rare for boyfriend & girlfriend to work full-time on TV together, but this happened for Nikki Cross & Killian Dain when they joined Eric Young’s Sanity stable in NXT. Cross was an original member, while Dain came in later to replace Sawyer Fulton (AKA Madman Fulton in Impact) as the group’s monster. When Sanity debuted on the main roster, Nikki quickly outshined the rest of the group.
WWE distanced Cross from Sanity and humanized her (she was a complete lunatic in NXT), while the rest struggled for airtime. WWE split them up and Dain returned to NXT, while Cross found a new friend in Alexa Bliss. Dain was later released and is still working regularly on the indies as Big Damo.
Nikki Cross tried a new gimmick called Nikki A.S.H (Almost A Super Hero), but it didn’t go over too well. She reverted back to her unhinged NXT self, before being phased in to portraying Abby The Witch in the Wyatt Sicks.
70. Noam Dar & Aleah James
Noam Dar is by far the longest reigning Heritage Cup Champion in WWE. He was a mainstay in NXT UK until its closure, and is more recently known as the leader of Meta-Four. Sadly, he has been injury prone for much of his WWE career, otherwise he may have achieved more.
Aleah James joined NXT UK in 2020. She struggled to gain momentum and was later released. However, it was known they were dating before then. She is currently working hard on the independents, and has appeared in AEW and ROH in matches against Hikaru Shida and Athena.
71. Penelope Ford & Kip Sabian {Married}
Their engagement was announced in 2020, and were married the following year. For a while, they worked as a double act on Dynamite. Before this, Ford was known as Joey Janela’s girlfriend and manager, but their relationship ended not long after Dynamite started.
Before AEW, Kip Sabian is known for his work in British Wrestling in promotions IPW:UK and World Of Sport. He is currently a member of Christian Cage’s stable (The Patriarchy), while Penelope Ford recently returned from a two-year injury layoff to team with Megan Bayne.
72. Cassie Lee (fka Peyton Royce) & Shawn Spears (fka Tye Dillinger) {Married}
Another couple who found love in NXT. Spears found his perfect 10 in Peyton Royce between 2015-2017. They got married in 2019 and have since had two children.
Spears got pretty over with his Perfect 10 gimmick, but Vince McMahon didn’t like it. He later signed with AEW, became the “Chairman”, and he did alright, but it wasn’t anything to write home about. He’s back in NXT now, leading a stable called The Culling. Cassie Lee has reunited with Jessica McKay (fka Billie Kay) to bring The IInspiration back to TNA Wrestling.
73. Red Velvet & Chandler Hopkins
AEW fans may know Red Velvet as a former Baddie with Jade Cargill, but she has also been doing well as the ROH Women’s World Television Champion.
Since July 2022, she has been in a relationship with Chandler Hopkins, an independent wrestler who has appeared for AEW, ROH, TNA and MLW.
74. Rhea Ripley & Buddy Matthews (Murphy) {Married}
There seems to be some misinformation surrounding the time of when they began dating. Reports assume it was in 2022, but Buddy was released from WWE in the Summer of 2021. Rhea Ripley debuted on the main roster in early 2021, so it’s likely they began dating before Buddy’s release and while Rhea was settling on the main roster.
Despite being on different schedules in opposing promotions, it did not stop them from falling in love and getting married in June 2024. They have a lot of fun on social media.
75. Rich Swann & Su Yung {Married}
Yes Rich, we make the same face when we see Su Yung looking like a normal human being. She previously played a demonic character, but has not been seen on television since 2022, when she left TNA due to being pregnant and wanting to be a full-time mother.
Their relationship had a brief controversy in 2017 when Swann was arrested following a dispute. The case was dropped due to lack of evidence and Su declined to press charges. Since then, there have been no reported issues, and it is assumed they are as happy together as they are in the picture.
In 2024, Rich was arrested for a second time due to being heavily intoxicated in public and entered rehab. He was working for TNA at the time, but his contract has since expired. He appeared during NWA tapings in June 2025, suggesting he has signed a contract.
76. Ricochet & Samantha Irvin {Married}
Ricochet and Samantha were public with their relationship when they were both in WWE. He was struggling to find his place, while she was thriving as one of WWE’s top announcers. She announced some of the biggest matches in WWE history, including the WrestleMania 40 main event between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns.WWE often shared her reacting to moments in the ring on social media.
Ricochet was unhappy, so he notified WWE he was leaving and signed with AEW shortly after. Irvin shocked fans when she announced her WWE departure in October 2024, though it had reportedly been in the works for a while. She was unhappy with just being an announcer and wanted to do so much more. As a singer, she released a music video on YouTube and is still considering her options in the wrestling industry.
The couple were engaged in 2023 and married in March 2025.
77. Rob Van Dam & Katie Forbes {Married}
Rob Van Dam and Katie Forbes are the least shy couple we have ever seen on TV. When they weren’t snogging each other’s faces off, Forbes was shaking her big booty in his face as they enjoyed a Jacuzzi with drinks on episodes of Impact.
Not only that, but Katie has (or had?) her own “girlfriend” called Jennifer Barlow. At one point, Forbes and her girlfriend were part of a risqué love triangle with RVD. This led to a notorious whipped cream segment on Impact that got the company banned from Twitch for a while, which RVD & Katie found hilarious. The couple toned it down a little… but probably not enough for some viewers.
The couple married in 2021 and recently announced they’re expecting twins in 2026. Congratulations!
78. Roderick Strong & Marina Shafir {Married}
I’m not sure how they met, but they were married in 2015, a few years before Shafir got to NXT. For anyone who doesn’t know, she was one of the Four Horsewomen of MMA with Jessamyn Duke, Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey. As for Roderick Strong, for years he was one of the most loyal, hardworking wrestlers in the history of Ring Of Honor.
So much so, it might have come as a bit of a shock when he left ROH for NXT. However, times proved challenging for them in WWE, and they eventually decided to leave and join AEW. Strong has had a career resurgence in AEW, featuring prominently in the MJF/Adam Cole feud, winning gold, and wrestling regularly. Marina has found her footing as a member of the Death Riders, led by AEW World Champion Jon Moxley.
79. Roxanne Perez & Drake Morreaux
Ahh, young love. Roxanne Perez spent a long time in NXT, but sometime over the past two years, Drake Morreaux showed up and made it easier for her.
Roxanne Perez has been rising fast, especially on the main roster, while her boyfriend Drake Morreaux recently made his debut on LFG. Not much is known about their relationship timeline, but they look happy together.
80. Ruby Soho (Riott) & Angelo Parker {Married}
This was cute. AEW incorporated their relationship in to a storyline. Angelo and Ruby kept flirting with each other, which annoyed her stablemate Saraya. She had Harley Cameron come between them, but nothing could stop true love. And then, it was announced that Ruby was pregnant, and we haven’t seen her since.
They’ve mostly stepped away from TV to focus on raising their daughter. They were married just over a year ago.
81. Rusev & CJ Perry (Lana) {Married}
One of the most well-known couples in wrestling. Lana originally played a Russian-accented manager, while Rusev was booked as a monster. Over time, WWE changed the dynamic and split them up on TV. During a storyline with Summer Rae, the real-life couple got married and shared it on social media, which derailed WWE’s plans and reportedly earned them backstage heat.
They never recovered from this, even when “Rusev Day” became popular, because WWE didn’t want to capitalize on the momentum or perhaps didn’t understand how popular it was.
The TV relationship changed again when they got “divorced” and Lana married Lashley. Rusev was unexpectedly released, putting an end to any resolution. Lana was dropped as Lashley’s wife and manager in favor of MVP, and paired up with Natalya. Soon after, Rusev debuted for AEW, going by “Miro”, which is short for his real name Miroslav.
For a while, it was reported that they were separated. Lana was released and was only visible on social media for a while. Miro initially thrived in AEW, but for whatever reason, he stopped being booked and was sidelined. He was brought back and paired with CJ Perry, but again, this went nowhere because of an injury.
Miro requested his release due to lack of booking and eventually returned to WWE as Rusev. Lana signed a Legends deal, and the couple reunited on screen. Hopefully, it’s smooth sailing from here.
82. Sami Callihan & Jessicka Havok *Engaged*
After getting engaged in June 2021, Jessicka Havok talked about her relationship with Sami Callihan on Vickie Guerrero’s podcast:
“We actually just got engaged on June 20th, on my birthday. We have been together so long that we are like, ‘Yea, we’re married, whatever.’ Then there are people that are like, ‘Wait. You guys are dating?” When we first got together, it wasn’t long after that he got signed with NXT. We moved to Florida together. We got a dog together.
I will say this. Obviously, it’s been challenging, and I think it’s like that for a lot of people who have relationships in wrestling. I remember people always telling me, like other veterans, ‘Don’t ever date a wrestler. Don’t have a wrestler for a boyfriend’, but it’s like, ok, good luck with that because we all work together. It’s bound to happen.
Sami and I, I feel like we have such a special relationship, and we are one of those couples who know how to separate our wrestling career from our personal life. That is actually the most difficult thing for a lot of people.”
The couple became a fixture in Impact Wrestling over many years as former champions. They have each built reputations as hardcore monsters in their divisions.
83. Seth Rollins & Becky Lynch {Married}
Two of the most successful wrestlers in WWE enjoy married life with their daughter while cementing their Hall of Fame legacies.
Their relationship has been used against them by several rivals in storylines. They briefly teamed together in 2019 while holding titles, only months after the relationship became public, to deal with their feuds. However, many fans found it overly forced, as their characters did not mesh well at the time.
One thing they later adopted was their eccentric fashion choices. Despite rarely interacting on television since 2019, their influence on each other can often be seen and heard in their attire and promo styles.
Mainstays in WWE, Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch will go down as one of the most successful couples in the history of wrestling.
84. Skye Blue & Kyle Fletcher
In 2023, rumors circulated that Kyle Fletcher and Skye Blue were dating. Fletcher confirmed these rumors to be true in the Summer.
Blue began working with AEW in 2021, while Fletcher debuted as part of a New Japan Pro Wrestling tag team called Aussie Open. Since then, they’ve done an exceptional job of rising through the ranks. Kyle is one of AEW’s biggest rising stars in 2025, while Skye is on the verge of reaching the next level in her division.
At 26 (Kyle) and 25 (Skye) years old, they have so much time to show the world what they can do together.
85. Sol Ruca & Tyler Bate
Between 2016 and 2019, it was known that Tyler Bate was dating Toni Storm. Not long after that, some images of him with Liv Morgan were shared online. More recently, he has been public about dating NXT’s Sol Ruca, who is the current North American and Speed Champion.
As far as I can tell, the earliest case of them being seen was in late-2023, so the happy couple has enjoyed life together for at least 18 months. Here’s to many more!
86. Sonny Kiss & Billy Dixon {Married}
Fans of the early years of AEW will know Sonny Kiss. She is a genderfluid wrestler who wrestled mostly in the midcard from 2019 to 2023. After not having her contract renewed, Kiss returned to the indies.
From what I gathered about Billy Dixon, “The Business” began wrestling in 2015, and has since remained on the independents. GCW is probably the biggest promotion he works for.
Sonny and Billy were engaged in January this year and tied the knot in March.
87. Steph DeLander & Mance Warner *Engaged*
WWE fans might remember Steph DeLander as Persia Pirotta during the NXT 2.0 days. There was an angle where she paid more attention to Duke Hudson, instead of helping her partner Indi Hartwell to become tag team champions.
This led to a kissing contest with Hudson and Indi’s boyfriend Dexter Lumis being involved. For some unknown reason, Pirotta was released by WWE a month after this, putting an end to a story where she likely would have betrayed Hartwell.
She moved on to Impact Wrestling and formed a partnership with Matt Cardona on the independents. Reverting to her real name, Steph DeLander gradually turned on Cardona to pursue PCO, who she had strong feelings for. They had fun with a storyline marriage on TV. And yet, this ended abruptly when PCO and TNA parted ways on bad terms.
DeLander reappeared on TNA with Mance Warner, a hardcore wrestler who rose to prominence in CZW and MLW. Their real-life relationship was made public shortly thereafter, as the couple announced they are engaged.
88. Stephanie Vaquer & Myles Borne
Stephanie Vaquer is arguably the fastest rising star in wrestling during 2025, so it is understandable there is a lot of hype and intrigue over what she does in and out of the ring. A couple of months ago, some photos surfaced online of her alongside NXT’s Myles Borne at what appears to be a family gathering.
During interviews with Vaquer and NXT Champion Oba Femi for NXT Battleground, Femi nonchalantly mentioned their relationship in to the conversation, as he was scheduled to defend his title against Myles Borne.
This past week, Borne confirmed he is in a relationship with Vaquer in response to a tweet by his rival, Lexis King.
89. Tank Ledger & Dani Palmer
NXT has become something of a matchmaking hub, with many relationships blooming behind closed doors. Tank Ledger is a current NXT Tag Team Champion, while Dani Palmer was recently released from WWE, although it was likely mutual after announcing her retirement.
In a match on Evolve with Kali Armstrong, Palmer tore up her knee and finished the match, but decided in its aftermath it was time to call it a day.
90. Tatum Paxley & Javier Bernal {Married}
In storyline, Paxley has portrayed grief since Gigi Dolin was released and Shotzi departed from WWE. However, not so behind the scenes, as she and Javier Bernal celebrated their wedding in September last year.
However, the sad news is that Bernal, who previously worked in NXT alongside her, was was let go by WWE last month.
91. Tay Melo & Sammy Guevara {Married}
One of AEW’s most public relationships began in 2022 between Tay Melo and Sammy Guevara. They each have a big presence on social media and aren’t shy about sharing photos of the life they enjoy together. It wasn’t long before they began teaming together on TV, and remained so when they joined the Jericho Appreciation Society.
They exchanged vows in August 2022, and brought their daughter in to the world in November 2023.
92. Tenille Dashwood (Emma) & Riddick (Madcap) Moss {Married}
They each showed what they can do in WWE, although some fans might say their potential wasn’t fully realized.
Still, no matter what happened during their careers, the above image shows how truly happy they are to be parents to their first son, who was born in March 2025. Big congratulations to Tenille and Michael!
93. Tessa Blanchard & Esfinge
Tessa Blanchard was married to a Mexican wrestler called Daga in 2020. However, they divorced in 2023, and she has since been seen in photos with Luchador star Esfinge.
Blanchard has spent the past few years rebuilding her career after allegations of backstage racism and bullying toward other wrestlers. Esfinge has spent much of his career in CMLL and has appeared for ROH and AEW.
94. The Miz & Maryse {Married}
They are so well-known, they became the first wrestling couple to feature in their own reality TV show called “Miz & Mrs”.
They met during their time in WWE, and after Maryse was released in 2011, she commentated for FWE before turning her attention to getting her real estate license. She earned this and became a realtor in 2013, while The Miz worked in the mid-card after an incredible push to the top of the card a couple of years prior.
It’s unknown if their relationship began before she was released, but they were engaged as of 2013 and married the following year. They have since had two daughters, the first born in 2018, and the second last year. Maryse returned to WWE in 2016 as The Miz’s manager.
In 2019, she took a step back from WWE TV to focus on family, while acquiring American citizenship. Because of the Miz & Mrs show beginning in 2018, Maryse stepped away from Total Divas. The Miz continues to wrestle full-time in WWE, while Maryse is likely retired from the ring.
95. The Undertaker & Michelle McCool {Married}
For a long time, not much was known about the relationship between Mark Calaway & Michelle McCool. All anyone knew was that McCool was “Mrs. Undertaker”, as they kept their private life quiet. After retiring from the ring, Calaway opened up about his life and shared many stories about his time inside and outside the ring.
They were married in 2010 while they were still active, but McCool decided to retire in 2011 after mounting injuries to her ribs, sternum, foot, and more. This was about the same time that The Undertaker stopped wrestling on a full-time basis because of his own injuries.
In 2012, their daughter Kaia was born. The Undertaker made sporadic appearances, mostly to defend his undefeated WrestleMania streak, while McCool helped him recover from his plethora of surgeries and training. In 2014, he suffered a severe concussion in the same match with Brock Lesnar which ended the streak.
For the next five years, The Undertaker kept on returning for WrestleMania’s and the odd Saudi Arabia card. Together, they worked through his surgeries and got him in shape, although he deeply regretted his encounter with Roman Reigns and apologized profusely for what he knew was a terrible outing.
In 2020, he finally announced retirement after his Boneyard match with AJ Styles at WrestleMania. WWE aired a must-see documentary sharing the thoughts of the man behind the character, along with McCool’s experience. In 2025, The Undertaker inducted his wife in to the WWE Hall Of Fame.
96. Thea Hail & Harlem Lewis
Harlem Lewis is currently featuring on WWE’s digital LFG series. He was dating Cora Jade after she split from Bron Breakker, but they have since broken up.
Thea Hail, who has been a young prospect in NXT for a few years, revealed she was dating Lewis in April. They have shared several photos on social media of them enjoying their time together.
97. Thomas Latimer (fka Bram) & Kamille {Married}
Thomas Latimer was previously married to Charlotte Flair. He was arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend who he was having an affair with; but these charges were later dropped.
Longtime TNA fans will know him as Bram, a tough British brawler introduced by Magnus (Nick Aldis) in Impact Wrestling. He departed in 2017 and worked in Scotland & Japan for a while, ’til he landed a deal with the revived NWA in 2019. With Royce Isaacs, they claimed the NWA World Tag Team titles with a victory over Villain Enterprises.
They were members of Nick Aldis’ faction along with Kamille, who was Nick Aldis’ “mute” enforcer. She refused to speak on TV, and Aldis would become infuriated when asked if he was forcing her not to talk.
Kamille finally broke her silence in an introductory vignette, where she shared her backstory as the most dominant athlete in her youth, and how other kids bullied her for that. She also explained why she hadn’t spoken til now, and it had nothing to do with Aldis. She didn’t feel like the fans deserved anything from her.
Kamille became one of the longest reigning NWA Women’s World Champions of all time. A little-known fact is she is the former girlfriend of Braun Strowman.
They celebrated their wedding in 2022. Latimer remains with the NWA, while Kamille signed with AEW last year.
98. Tiffany Stratton & Ludwig Kaiser
Sometime in 2022, while working in NXT, Tiffany Stratton and Ludwig Kaiser began dating. Their relationship began after a game of rock, paper, scissors, where the loser had to ask the other on a date. Kaiser lost and asked Stratton out, leading to their first date at Kres Steakhouse in Orlando.
Tiffany admits that while Ludwig Kaiser plays a serious character on-screen, he’s more of a goofball when the cameras are off.
99. Tommaso Ciampa & Jessie Lynn Whitney {Married}
Tommaso Ciampa has had an exceptional career.From ROH and NXT to WWE’s main roster, he has become a champion wherever he goes.
Not many will know who his wife is. She was a wrestler in the early 2000s, with her biggest claim to fame being in the lineup for Tough Enough II. She had to leave the show due to health issues, but WWE gave her a job as a stage manager. After that, she was employed by TNA Wrestling from 2004 to 2007. She went on to produce famous shows like North Woods Law and Big Brother.
One cool fact is that Samoe Joe introduced them to each other. By 2013, they were wed, and brought their daughter in to the world in 2018 while Ciampa was at his peak in NXT.
100. Tommy Dreamer & Beulah McGillicutty {Married}
As the love story of ECW, Tommy & Beulah were destined to be together forever. And in 2002, over a year after ECW closed its doors, they married and have been together ever since. They have twin daughters, who appeared on an episode of The Sopranos. It is known that Dreamer’s family has connections to the New York mafia.
Dreamer continues working for Impact Wrestling as a producer and part-time wrestler. Beulah is a writer of children’s books, releasing her first book titled “Gertrude the Great” in 2012.
101. Toni Storm & Juice Robinson {Married}
In June 2020, a Twitter post revealed that Toni Storm & Juice Robinson are dating. What was different about this, compared to other couples, is that Storm was with WWE at the time, while Robinson was in Japan working for NJPW. They celebrated marriage in 2022, and both are currently signed to AEW as colorful characters in their own right.
In late-2024, Juice said the following about his wife.
“Well, I’ll tell ya, she (Toni Storm) may look black and white on TV. But to live with her personally, life is anything but black and white. It’s very colorful, it’s a very crazy. She’s a lunatic. Make no mistake about it. She’s lost her mind, she’s lost the plot, as her mother would say and we’re all just dealing with the consequences.”
102. Trick Williams & Lash Legend {Married}
Over a year ago, the last NXT relationship featured in this list came to light. Trick Williams is a former NXT Champion and current TNA Champion, while Lash Legend has been working hard to earn her first wrestling accomplishment.
Not long after the reveal, Williams and Legend had a moment on TV where they ended up in each other’s arms. While their characters were shocked, it ended with a passionate kiss that only solidified the reports and made it real for wrestling fans. They haven’t teamed up on TV yet, but time will tell.
103. Triple H & Stephanie McMahon {Married}
Arguably the most well-known couple in the history of wrestling. Since Triple H abducted Stephanie McMahon and married her in Las Vegas (in storyline), real-life love bloomed. After lording over WWE as its first power couple, they tied the knot for real in 2003. They have three daughters together.
There was a degree of controversy though, as Chyna later claimed they were seeing each other while she was still with Triple H. He later denied these allegations, and the friction between them was never resolved.
The rest of their lives has been documented countless times by WWE, to the point that further detail here feels redundant. Triple H is currently leading WWE forward as the Chief Content Officer, while Stephanie McMahon appears sporadically unless she is hosting her interview show “Stephanie’s Places”.
104. Vic Joseph & McKenzie Mitchell {Married}
NXT fans will tell you Vic Joseph has been its play-by-play announcer with Booker T at his side for several years. He recently appeared on the main roster to fill in for other commentators.
McKenzie Mitchell worked as a backstage interviewer in NXT from 2019 to 2023, before her release. She was shocked by the news, and it took her a while to land another TV role. This year, she replaced Jade Chung in TNA as its head announcer.
They have been husband and wife since 2022 and have a daughter together. Vic Joseph refers to himself as a ‘Girl Dad.’
105. Vince & Linda McMahon {Married / Separated}
The oldest couple in wrestling was at one point the most powerful. While technically not together, I decided to keep on the list as they never divorced.
When Linda was only 17-years-old, she & Vince got married in 1966. She had stints on WWF television, usually as a babyface mirroring her husband’s tyranny. Linda will probably be best remembered by wrestling fans for kicking Vince in the grapefruits at WrestleMania. She was the President/CEO of WWE from 1980 to 2009, before switching from a wrestling ring to a political one.
Linda used her own, and WWE money, to fund her campaigns to be elected as a senator in Connecticut two times. She missed out by 12% on both occasions. Linda was later appointed the Administrator of Small Business by President and long-time friend/business associate Donald Trump for two years; til she was replaced in April 2019.
They raised their two children, Shane & Stephanie McMahon, to have their own business ventures. The McMahon’s have six grandchildren in all.
And as everyone knows, the wrestling world was shocked when Vince McMahon not only sold WWE to TKO, but was also ousted from his company due to allegations of trafficking and abuse. Legal issues remain ongoing for him while WWE thrives under the TKO banner. He has been seen in public with a woman, but there is no further information on who she is.
106. Wendy Choo & Bison XL {Married}
Wendy Choo has played some wacky characters in NXT for a few years. Any fans who are wondering what she has been doing, should know she is helping out the younger talent on WWE’s Evolve brand.
Bison XL is an independent wrestler who has appeared for ROH, NWA, and AEW. He and Wendy were engaged in 2020 and exchanged vows in October 2021.
107. Will Ospreay & Alex Windsor *Engaged*
Will Ospreay has been one of the fastest rising stars in wrestling the past two years. After reaching the top in New Japan, he sought a new goal, which to break out in the United States.
There is no official time period for when he began dating Alex Windsor, but it would likely be 2022 at the earliest, as he was in a relationship with Bea Priestley as of 2021. Alex has a son to Ryan Smile, who was a wrestler and close friend of Ospreay’s, before committing suicide in 2020.
Will has become the step-father to Alex’s son, and this played a major role in his decision to sign with AEW over WWE. Had he signed a WWE contract, it would have required moving to the United States. With AEW, he is given flights from the UK to ensure he can be present for events.
The couple announced their engagement this month. And as of last week, after wrestling on the indies since 2009, Alex Windsor featured in a vignette to officially declare herself ‘Elite.’
108. Xia Brookside & Sean Kustom {Married}
Xia is the daughter of British Legend Robbie Brookside. Her early career was spent in WWE’s NXT UK brand, where she remained until its closure. Since WWE, she worked for Stardom and is currently developing well as a TNA Knockout.
Sean Kustom was an Australian independent wrestler working in the UK in RevPro and Defiant. His career was going well until 2022, when he announced he was stepping away because of a neurological issue causing a loss of feeling down his left side.
Xia and Sean have been together since 2018 at the earliest. Kustom’s biggest matches were against Ryback, which he says gave him a lot more confidence as a wrestler. After stumbling across an old blogspot diary from 2009, he says his biggest idols are The Rock & Randy Orton.
109. Matt Cardona (Zack Ryder) & Chelsea Green {Married}
Cardona & Green got together in 2017 while she was with Impact Wrestling as “Laural Van Ness”. Ryder worked on WWE SmackDown as one-half of The Hype Bros with Mojo Rawley.
Van Ness was going through a maniacal bride phase, obsessed with getting married to someone… Anyone really (except Grado). Ryder lived in Orlando, Florida, the same city as the original Impact Zone at Universal Studios. Somewhere, somehow, they met up and got to know each other. After sending out several feelers, Green eventually got a tryout at the WWE Performance Center and signed a contract.
She was assigned to the NXT brand and debuted under her real name in 2018. Fast forward to 2020, and Zack Ryder was released from WWE after 15 loyal years, with many others at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Chelsea Green went back and forth between WWE and TNA, before finally getting her break on WWE’s main roster. She became the inaugural WWE Women’s United States Champion.
Matt Cardona has won many titles on the indies, including the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship. He has repeatedly sent out feelers to WWE to have him back, but that has yet to happen. John Cena recently dropped his name in a promo reminscent of CM Punk’s pipebomb to pop the crowd. Do you want to see him return? Let us know in the comments.
110. Zoey Stark & Tom Howard
Zoey and Tom have been together since at least 2013, likely during her wrestling training. Despite their 24-year age gap, the couple has shown that love comes in many forms.
Tom is a retired wrestler after having a long career from 1994 to 2006. Wrestling mostly in Japan, he also spent some time in MMA and kickboxing. What is most impressive is how he has instructed wrestlers like: John Cena, Victoria, Chris Masters, Jesus Aguilera, Luther Reigns, Sakoda, Heidenreich, Nathan Jones, The Miz, Brian Kendrick, Mike Knox, Frankie Kazarian, Paul London and Samoa Joe.
Another cool factoid is that Tom helped to train actor Jack Black for the movie “Nacho Libre”.
Zoey Stark signed with WWE in 2021, and immediately impressed management. Within two years, she was brought to the main roster. She has only won one championship so far, which was the NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion with Io Shirai (IYO SKY). Sadly, Zoey was recently sidelined after suffering a brutal injury to her knee from a mistimed springboard move. She is expected to be sidelined until 2026.
