WWE Day 1
Highlights:
- The main event was scheduled to be Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar for the Universal title, but because he contracted COVID-19, Brock Lesnar was moved to the WWE Championship. He pinned the defending champion Big E to claim the title.
- During the match between Edge & The Miz, Beth Phoenix returned to help her husband by scaring Maryse away.
- Happy Corbin & Madcap Moss brutally attacked Drew McIntyre backstage after Moss lost his singles match.
- Aside from Big E, all other champions retained. Becky Lynch defeated Liv Morgan clean, despite trying to use the rope to gain leverage.
- The Usos introduced a new finishing move called the 1D, which is a tribute to The Dudley Boyz 3D.
- In the Kickoff match, Cesaro and Ricochet performed a botched move which resulted in Ridge Holland getting a broken nose. Holland had to be escorted backstage to get treated. Sheamus continued by himself and won what became a handicap match.

Brock Lesnar defeated Big E, Bobby Lashley, Kevin Owens & Seth Rollins to become the new champion
UNIVERSAL CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH*:
Roman Reigns (c) vs. Brock Lesnar
*The match did not take place because Roman Reigns contracted COVID-19 and did not attend the event. Lesnar was added to the WWE Championship match.
RAW WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH:
Becky Lynch (c) retained against Liv Morgan
