WWE The Horror Show at Extreme Rules 2020
Highlights:
- Bray Wyatt won the Swamp Fight by dragging Braun Strowman underwater with the Mandible Claw. He emerged from the swamp as “The Fiend”.
- Despite a one-sided stipulation, McIntyre adhered to the rules and finished Ziggler with the Claymore Kick.
- While it could not be clearly seen, it was implied Seth Rollins popped Rey Mysterio’s eye out of its socket. Rollins could be seen vomiting as medical personnel saw to Rey.
- In the Raw Women’s title match, Asuka hit the referee with The Green Mist by mistake. Bayley hit Asuka in the back of the head with the championship belt, stripped the referee of his shirt, put it on, and counted the pinfall in Sasha’s favor. Bayley forced the timekeeper to ring the bell and awarded the title to Sasha.
- In the SmackDown Women’s title match, Sasha Banks gave Bayley her “Boss” knuckles, and struck Nikki Cross in the stomach behind the referee’s back.
- Due to Apollo Crews no-showing, MVP named himself the new United States Champion.
- Cesaro & Shinsuke Nakamura put Kofi Kingston through a table to win the SmackDown Tag Team Championship for the first time together.

Drew McIntyre (c) retained against Dolph Ziggler
*Ziggler chose a stipulation where only he was under Extreme Rules, while McIntyre had to adhere to all the normal rules, and would lose the title if he lost in any fashion.
