- Carlito made his return to WWE by helping the LWO to defeat Bobby Lashley and the Street Profits.
- In the opening match, JD McDonagh screwed up by accidentally striking Damien Priest’s bad knee with the Money In The Bank briefcase. Despite Judgment Day interference, this cause of events helped Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso to become the new Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions.
- On the pre-show, latest WWE signee Jade Cargill was seen exiting a car to enter the venue, where she was greeted by Triple H. She did not appear on the main show.
