As seen during Sunday night’s WWE NXT TakeOver 31 event, Ridge Holland came out with a beaten Adam Cole on his shoulders following Finn Balor’s win over Kyle O’Reilly in the main event.
With an unconscious Cole on his shoulders, Holland stared down Balor and O’Reilly and then threw Cole over the barrier. That led to Undisputed Era members Roderick Strong and Bobby Fish running down to ask what happened. The show ended with the UE and Balor looking after Cole.
The angle seems to set up a Holland vs. Cole feud in the coming weeks.
