PAC played some mind games with Kip early in the bout. Kip tossed him to the floor then hit a spring board dive. Back in the ring, Kip worked him over until PAC caught him with a headbutt. PAC went to the top rope, but Kip rolled away. Kip with a brain buster for 2. PAC went over with red arrow.
