AEW announced today that they’ve signed Thunder Rosa to a full-time deal.
Rosa commented on the news by writing the following on Twitter:

After having a stint in Lucha Underground from 2015-2019, she went to work for the NWA. When the COVID-19 pandemic shut down the NWA for over a year, she went to work for AEW.
