AEW tweeted out the following “injury” update on Nick Jackson after he was attacked backstage by the Inner Circle on Wednesday night’s Dynamite broadcast. Following the attack, Jackson was stretchered out and taken to a hospital.
AEW said Nick was, “Responsive at the hospital but ruled out indefinitely.” It should be noted that The Elite is scheduled to face the Inner Circle in a Blood & Guts match on Dynamite in two weeks.
For what it’s worth, Nick Jackson and his wife are expecting their third child any day now so this is likely the reason for the write-off.
.@IAmJericho & the rest of the #InnerCircle have made it crystal clear. They run the show.
