On this week’s episode of AEW Collision, Jeff Cobb made his return and will be teaming up with The Learning Tree at tonight’s AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door pay-per-view event.
On this week’s show, Cobb came out to attack HOOK, Katsuyori Shibata and Samoa Joe. He will now go on to team with Chris Jericho and Big Bill at the pay-per-view event.

Also on this week’s episode of AEW Collision, Hikaru Shida defeated Deonna Purrazzo to advance in the Owen Hart Cup tournament. The finish came when Shida hit a headkick. Following the match, Purrazzo attempted to attack Shida but Thunder Rosa made the save.
Shida will now go on to face the winner of the match between Saraya and Mariah May in the semifinals.

And finally, former WWE and MLW wrestler EJ Nduka appeared on AEW Collision as part of Swerve Strickland’s crew. ‘The Judge’ was shown providing some backup to Strickland during his weigh-in with Will Ospreay.
