AEW Dynamite Ratings Breakdown (10/16/24)

Wednesday’s edition of AEW Dynamite saw an increase in viewership and ratings compared to the previous week’s Title Tuesday broadcast.

The October 16th episode drew 633,000 viewers, with a 0.20 rating (262,000 viewers) in the 18-49 category and 0.10 in the 18-34 group.

AEW Dynamite faced significant competition from Vice President Kamala Harris’ interview on FOX News, which drew 6,651,000 viewers. The show ranked #10 for the night, trailing behind news coverage and sporting events, such as the Los Angeles Dodgers versus New York Mets on FS1 (5,882,000/1.44), Jesse Watters (4,296,000/0.34) and Hannity (3,465,000/0.26) on FOX News, and the New York Liberty against the Minnesota Lynx in the WNBA on ESPN (1,394,000/0.31).

Compared to two weeks ago, when it last aired on a Wednesday, AEW Dynamite experienced a decline of 6.9% in total viewers, 4.4% in the 18-49 demographic, and 7.6% in the 18-34 key demo.

Year-over-year, AEW Dynamite dropped 29.7% in viewers, 35.9% in the 18-49 key demo, and 54.7% in the 18-34 demographic.
