AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2024 will take place on June 30 at the UBS Arena in the Long Island hamlet of Elmont, New York.
Taking to Twitter, AEW President Tony Khan announced that Sunday’s “Zero Hour” kickoff event will run into overtime. The pre-show kicks off at 6:30 PM ET and will run for 90 minutes.
Khan wrote, “Sunday at Forbidden Door, I’m excited that, as wrestling converges @UBSArena AEW Zero Hour is going into overtime, some of the best in AEW + across the world fight for FREE worldwide, and with such compelling matches hopefully we’ll continue our strong ppv trends + make new fans!”

In a recent announcement on Twitter, STARDOM confirmed the finalization of its merger with New Japan Pro Wrestling, a process that commenced in April. The integration was successfully concluded today, marking STARDOM as a fully owned subsidiary of NJPW.
As announced in April, the merger between STARDOM and New Japan Pro-Wrestling was completed June 28th.
