As seen at Sunday’s All In 2024 pay-per-view event, Daniel Garcia made his return to AEW television to get involved in the MJF vs. Will Ospreay match, preventing MJF from using a foreign object. Additionally, Garcia appeared on last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

Fightful Select is reporting that multiple AEW sources were “very happy” with Garcia’s performances at All In 2024 and Dynamite this week. As of this writing, there is no update on his contract status.

Arie Alexander was used as an extra during Mercedes Mone’s segment on AEW Dynamite this week. Additionally, former NWA wrestler Joe Alonzo played the role of security in the segment featuring MJF and Daniel Garcia. He also appeared as the security guard who “noped” out of the Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir segment.

The Grizzled Young Veterans appeared on last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite, with a match against The Outrunners being booked for Friday night’s episode of AEW Rampage. While James Drake and Zack Gibson are currently based in the United States, they don’t appear to be under contract to AEW.

And finally, Mark Henry recently took to the “Busted Open Radio” podcast to discuss the recent AEW return of former Women’s World Champion Jamie Hayter. He said,

“I would rather her go after the TBS Title and jump right back into the fray because she didn’t lose. She didn’t lose man, if anybody has like a big fight and somebody loses, they got a clause in the contract to be able to have a chance to get it back before you go to somebody else, so why not?”
