Several wrestlers had their travel plans changed to arrive at the venue on Tuesday.
Those who planned to fly in on the day of the show and didn’t change their plans failed to show up for AEW Dynamite.
Many people, both backstage and onscreen, flew into different cities and drove for hours in bad weather to reach the venue.
Mercedes Mone “moved heaven and Earth” to make it to the show. Travel after the show was also said to be difficult.
Jeff Jarrett was backstage at AEW Dynamite in Omaha although he hasn’t appeared on TV in a while.
And finally, AEW will return to Detroit for back-to-back shows on May 7-8 at the Masonic Temple Theater.
