On last week’s episode of AEW Collision, FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and Daniel Garcia won an Escape The Cage Elimination Match against House of Black (Malakai Black, Brody King, and Buddy Matthews). The initial match graphic advertised it as an Elimination Trios Steel Cage Match.
On a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez speculated that the stipulation was changed due to a complaint from someone in the House of Black who didn’t want to lose.
King took to Twitter to fire back, which you can see below:
