Bully Ray says he’s invested in the ongoing feud between Jeff Jarrett and Hangman Page.

During a recent appearance on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Bully Ray commented on the rivalry between the two men, why he believes it’ll help Hangman Page moving forward, and more.

You can check out some highlights from the podcast below:

On Hangman Page’s rivalry with Jeff Jarrett: “This is going to be a good follow up angle for Hangman. He needs something coming out of the Swerve story. That was a lot. It’s going to be good for Hangman to be in there with a veteran like Double J. They’re going to tell a good story. It’s not going to be the same type of stuff we’re used to seeing from Hangman.”

On Jarrett working with Page: “Double J will slow it down and get more out of Hangman than probably most will, because Double J is a very, very smart professional wrestler. Been around a long, long time. From the minute Jeff Jarrett came bobsledding out. He was in the wrestling business. The angle will work. The story will work, and the reason why is Jeff has gotten over with the AEW fanbase. He’s one of the veterans that they respect.”

Mina Shirakawa says she took a gamble on herself when she decided to join All Elite Wrestling.

Shirakawa will be appearing at AEW Grand Slam: Dynamite after Mariah May asked her to come so she could finally celebrate her AEW Women’s World Championship win.

While speaking with Proresu Today, the STARDOM wrestler commented on why she decided to sign with AEW. She said,

“This is already a gamble. It is a gamble to make myself shine. I’m not getting any younger, so I’m always thinking about what I need to do to make my way up in the limited time I have. If I refuse the offer, there may not be another one. I had a gut feeling and decided to go.”

She continued, “However, the offer from AEW was simply that they wanted me to come for one month, and that was it. There was nothing specific about which matches I was going to participate in or how many matches I was going to play. There was even a possibility that no matches would be scheduled. We didn’t know until we got there.”
