During a recent appearance on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Dustin Rhodes revealed that he prefers not to rehearse or script his work in advance.

On not scripting his promos: “I like to just put it out there, and you’re live. I don’t like to script my stuff, just like, pour stuff from the heart, you know? It’s very important, I think, and that’s the reason why I do that is because it’s more heartfelt and you can make people feel something, and I think like, that’s the object of what we do.”
On his promo segment with MJF: “Everybody seemed to love it, and to me – back when I started, I was terrible with promos. My dad would be watching me, because he was my boss, and it was just intimidating and I couldn’t do anything right.”
Mina Shirakawa says facing off against Asuka is a dream match for her.
While speaking on a recent edition of the “Pep Talks” podcast, the STARDOM wrestler praised Asuka. She said,
“AEW wrestlers, women’s wrestlers is my opponent, my rival. Still, my dream is to be AEW Women’s World Champion, so every AEW wrestler [is] my rival. It’s just [a] dream match, [and] I respect Asuka so much. I want to say Asuka-san. Senpai.”
She continued, “So Asuka-san always tell me what should I do in the US ring. She [gave] advice every time and message to me. So I love her, I respect her. But now I am STARDOM, and she is WWE. So a little bit difficult, but yeah, it’s my dream.”
