Dustin Rhodes has fired back at a fan who believes that being afraid of ‘the grind’ has kept the veteran from competing full-time in WWE for years.
On Twitter, a fan said that Rhodes must be ‘afraid of the grind.’ Rhodes fired back, pointing out that he did WWE’s schedule for years.

Comments about a ‘grind’ sprang up in 2024 when Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque said some wrestlers avoid signing with WWE to avoid the busy schedule.
Though Levesque didn’t name anyone, many took his comments as a dig at Will Ospreay, who had signed a contract with AEW weeks earlier.
Recently, Ospreay claimed that sources told him Levesque’s comments were about him. Levesque himself has not responded to the claim.
