During Sunday’s AEW Revolution 2024 pay-per-view event, Eddie Kingston defeated Bryan Danielson to retain the Continental Crown Championship.
Danielson put on a valiant effort and took Kingston to the edge, however, it was the Mad King who prevailed in the end.
Danielson attempted a Busaiku Knee but Kingston countered with a left-arm lariat and powerbomb for the pin to retain.
Following the match, both men shook hands as a show of respect.
