HOOK Wins FTW Championship Back From Chris Jericho At AEW All In 2024

All is well in the world of All Elite Wrestling once again with the FTW Championship as HOOK was able to regain his father’s title by defeating Chris Jericho for the belt at AEW All In 2024.

After dropping the FTW title to Jericho earlier this year at AEW Dynasty (April 21st) in an FTW Rules match, “The Learning Tree” was able to retain it over HOOK, Katsuyori Shibata and Minoru Suzuki over the past few months, setting up this “last chance” match. If HOOK had come up short, he wouldn’t have been able to challenge for the title again so long as Jericho was holding it.

Despite “The Redwood” Big Bill and “The Bad Apple” Bryan Keith trying to interfere ringside, HOOK had backup in Taz, who stepped in to offset the outsider influence. Jericho was forced to eventually tap out, relinquishing the title to HOOK in what is now an historic title change as HOOK becomes the first ever three-time FTW champion, surpassing Taz’s two reigns from 1998 and 1999.

What do you think about HOOK winning the FTW Championship again? Who will win the title next? Drop your thoughts in the comments below!
