Jeff Jarrett – ‘There’ll Come A Day When Bryan Danielson’s Body Can’t Continue’

There’ll come a time when Bryan Danielson’s body can’t go in the ring, according to Jeff Jarrett, which could spell disaster for AEW’s World Champion.

In recent years, much has been said about Danielson’s future in the ring, with Bryan openly addressing that the clock is ticking.

On a recent edition of his “My World” podcast, Jarrett discussed Bryan’s future in the ring and recalled a recent backstage interaction. He said,

“I came through the curtain last night between Dynamite and Rampage. Obviously, there’s no way I’ll give out any of the names, but it was two production guys and two wrestlers. They were like, they didn’t say these exact words but, ‘This ain’t the last Dynamite you’re going to see Bryan Danielson.’ I said, ‘Well, pal, there damn sure could be a shot at it.’ They said, ‘Ain’t no way.’

“Have you seen him walk around? The business is the business and people can read into it in so many different ways, but I just think, Bryan, there’s going to come a night where he can’t overcome his physical limitations. I hope it’s not Saturday, I think AEW is blessed to have him around. I think he’s going to be around AEW and inside of an AEW ring for some time to come, but there’s a chance Saturday could wrap it up, his full-time career.”

Danielson will defend his AEW World Championship against Jon Moxley at this weekend’s AEW WrestleDream pay-per-view event in Tacoma, Washington.

Moxley turned on Danielson at AEW All Out 2024 and attempted to suffocate him with a plastic bag in the closing moments of the show.
