Kazuchika Okada has hit a milestone in AEW by marking one year since his Continental Championship victory over Eddie Kingston.
Since capturing the gold on the March 20, 2024 edition of AEW Dynamite, Okada has defended the gold eleven times in the past year.
Okada was able to retain the title in the 2024 Continental Classic Tournament, defeating Will Ospreay in the finals.
Okada is the latest champion in AEW to hold a title for a year, joining the likes of MJF, Hikaru Shida, and Jade Cargill.
