As we’ve reported here on eWn, AEW is set to host the Grand Slam pay-per-view event at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, Australia, in February 2025.
The anticipation is already growing months before the event, and fans were given an initial glimpse of what’s to come with the unveiling of the first official poster for AEW Grand Slam: Australia.
The poster features some of AEW’s most prominent figures, such as Toni Storm, Will Ospreay, Jon Moxley, Swerve Strickland, Adam Page, Orange Cassidy, Darby Allin, Samoa Joe, Mariah May, MJF, and Mercedes Mone.
However, one top star is missing from the poster — Bryan Danielson.
Even though Danielson recently defended his AEW World Championship against Jack Perry at All Out 2024 and was subsequently assaulted by Jon Moxley, his exclusion from the poster sparked speculation about his involvement in the event.
With plenty of time left for AEW Grand Slam: Australia, fans remain optimistic that Danielson will be part of this momentous show, whether or not he is featured on the poster.
