On a recent edition of his “The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy” podcast, Matt Hardy discussed the hiring of Jen Pepperman, who became All Elite shortly after leaving WWE. He said,
“I think it’s very interesting. I think it’s a positive thing that Tony [Khan] is bringing someone that has been in the WWE format and the WWE writing room and the WWE structuring room, to bring them and give insight on AEW. I think it’s a positive.”
Pepperman, an award-winning producer in TV and film, joined WWE in 2017 and was held in high regard before her exit earlier this month.
Pepperman was on hand to work at the February 21, edition of AEW Dynamite that took place just mere hours after her signing was announced.
Jen Pepperman is said to be good friends with Mercedes Mone. The Boss is expected to officially debut for AEW at next month’s Big Business event in Boston, MA.
