During a recent edition of the “Talk Is Jericho” podcast, Big Bill discussed his decision to sign with AEW and his inquiries with TNA Wrestling regarding a full-time contract before joining Tony Khan’s company.
Bill said, “Per show. For a certain amount of time, I couldn’t do certain other promotions. That ran out. Then I was on a handshake deal. I had started hearing that maybe there was interest other places. I asked them for a contract, they were like, ‘Ah, we don’t want to pay that much.’ I totally understand that. That’s what I thought I could get elsewhere. I worked on a handshake deal with them, and then the opportunity came with AEW.”
During a recent interview with The Miami Herald at the premiere of Queen Of The Ring at the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival, AEW wrestler Kamille talked about her role as June Byers in the film.
Kamille also discussed the potential for future acting roles. She said,
“Honestly, it would depend on the role and type of movie. I do have certain standards and morals. In the entertainment industry, things can get muddy and complicated. I never want to overstep that ground. It would really depend on the role. I’m not going out and pursuing it. It would kind of depend if it fell in my lap, kind of like this.”
