MVP is excited for business to pick up following Shelton Benjamin’s debut in All Elite Wrestling during the fifth anniversary of Dynamite.
The Gold Standard was introduced during this week’s show as MVP’s head of complaints during a segment with Prince Nana.
On Instagram, MVP shared a video of himself and Benjamin leaving the arena and declaring that “business has just picked up.”
MVP debuted for AEW last week and expressed interest in managing Swerve Strickland. In the comments to the video, Strickland stated “Hmmm 🤔.”
It has been reported that AEW plans on introducing Bobby Lashley in the coming weeks, with the belief that he’ll be part of MVP’s ‘Hurt Syndicate.’
On this week’s edition of AEW Dynamite, MVP also handed a business card to Mercedes Mone, teasing possibly bringing the TBS Champion into the group.
