Report – Adam Cole’s AEW Return Is Imminent + Cash Wheeler Launches GoFundMe, TNA News

Adam Cole is expected to return to AEW in the near future.

Fightful Select is reporting that AEW officials are hoping and expecting Cole to return soon and there has been some movement in terms of creative plans.

Cole suffered an ankle injury in September of last year and hasn’t worked a match since then. As we previously reported here on eWn, he was backstage at AEW All Out 2024 and walking around without crutches or a boot. It is said that he resumed training in August.

Additionally, refunds are now being processed for TNA’s canceled TV tapings in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

As we previously reported here on eWn, the TV tapings in Spartanburg were cancelled due to Hurricane Helene. They will now be taking place at Skyway Studios on October 2nd and 3rd with all proceeds going to Hurricane Helene relief efforts.

On Monday, Ticketmaster began processing refunds for the canceled events. The refunds will be automatically done.

Speaking of Hurricane Helene, FTR’s Cash Wheeler has launched a GoFundme to help relief efforts for those affected in the Asheville, North Carolina area. He wrote,

“For anyone that’s asked how to help, if they can help, we’ve created a GoFundMe to continue with help getting supplies to those in need. Share or donate. If you can’t give money, any supplies are greatly appreciated.”

You can donate to the GoFundMe campaign at this link.
