Ricochet is addressing a major issue in wrestling: poor spray tans.
During a recent appearance on the “Barstool Rasslin'” podcast, Ricochet shared his thoughts on the matter, highlighting that it’s a prevalent issue throughout the industry.
He said, “Oh man. It’s all over. It’s indies, it’s WWE, it’s AEW, it’s everywhere. Apparently people can’t put the spray tan on the night before and then wash, they have to put it on right before their match. You just go into the locker room, the showers in the locker room, if you just look at the floor, it’s like spray tan city. It gets all over your gear, all over everything.”
Ricochet also discussed his goal of winning the AEW Continental Classic 2024, which he believes could frustrate his critics.
He said, “Absolutely, but to be honest, I’m at the point where I am in the chase, and if you like me, you like me, you’re gonna roll with me. But if you don’t like me, I don’t care, bro. I don’t care, bro. I’m still gonna be doing what I do. If you don’t like it, you’re gonna have to watch a lot of stuff you don’t like. I’m gonna be on your TV a lot, bro. If you don’t like it, you gonna be watching a lot of stuff you just don’t like because I’m gonna be out there a lot. Especially when I win this Continental Classic, y’all really about to be pressed. But it’s alright.”
Ricochet has a record of 0-1 in this year’s tournament and has yet to earn any points.

On walking away from Mercedes Mone: “I think you saw my response on Wednesday. I’m a pretty patient person, I’m a pretty forgiving person. But sometimes, enough is enough. I’ve also learned that if you don’t have something nice to say, better to not say anything at all. So I thought instead of showing how angry I was physically, just better to walk away.”
