AEW President Tony Khan took to Twitter on Friday to announce that RVD will be part of the company’s Saturday, April 20th edition of Collision. It’s unclear whether he will be wrestling and, if so, who his opponent will be.
The announcement read, “I’m excited to announce that RVD will return to @AEWonTV on TNT for 4/20 Saturday Night #AEWCollision! +I can’t wait for THIS Wednesday #AEWDynamite in Tulsa on TBS: AEW World Champion @SamoaJoe/@swerveconfident/@briancagegmsi vs Hangman Page/FTW Champion @730hook/@TherealRVD!”
The location of the show has yet to be revealed. RVD last appeared on the January 31st episode of AEW Dynamite where he lost a hardcore match to Swerve Strickland.
