AEW broadcaster Taz does not resent his time with WWE or the promotion itself, despite what some on social media may choose to believe.
Responding to a fan who claimed Taz resents WWE, the Human Suplex Machine shared why the idea he has an issue with WWE makes no sense.
ZERO resentment. Why would you even say something like that? It’s so inaccurate… You don’t know me. And the thing you need to realize is they offered me a whole new career opportunity which I’m still doing today as a color commentator. So you’re dead wrong. https://t.co/kDtJEprNOi

Taz joined WWE in 2000 and debuted at that year’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view event, ending the undefeated streak of Kurt Angle in Madison Square Garden.
During his time with WWE, Taz became a three-time Hardcore Champion and held the Tag Team Championships with fellow ECW alum Spike Dudley.
Taz debuted for AEW in October 2019 and it was confirmed in January 2020 that he had signed a multi-year deal with the promotion.
