As we previously reported here on eWn, the AEW contract of ROH Six-Man Tag Team Champion and World Tag Team Champion Dustin Rhodes will be expiring this month.
Fightful Select is reporting that as of this week, Rhodes’ AEW contract status has not changed. The former Goldust has been with AEW since the company began in 2019.
Earlier this year, Rhodes took to Twitter to confirm that his AEW contract is up in September. He wrote,
“Yes my contract is up in September, and No, I am absolutely NOT DONE. Having the best matches of my life and hopefully, God willing I will get to retire on my own terms, respected with a full heart. Hopefully Negotiations go well because I am damn worth the world.”
