In May, former AEW World Champion Kenny Omega underwent surgery for diverticulitis, a condition he has been battling since last year.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that there has been no word on Omega’s potential return to the ring, although it is confirmed that he will return.
While Omega has yet to be given the green light to return to training, his wrestling career is believed to be far from over.
Sources indicate that Omega is recovering following his surgery and is in a better state compared to before the procedure.
