Tommy Dreamer has nothing but high praise for last week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
During the latest edition of the “Busted Open After Dark” podcast, the ECW legend lavished praise on the “organization” of last week’s edition of Dynamite.
Additionally, Dreamer praised Toni Storm’s new gimmick.

On this last week’s episode of AEW Dynamite: “The show felt very organized and the show reminded me — and had a lot of different feels — but when I say reminded me, not ‘reminded me of,’ they reminded me of what happened last week. The different tools and the good things that WWE does.”
On the promotion promoting All In: Texas’ ticket sales on the show: “Another massive, massive big shoutout, and I’d also give a double Steve Austin middle finger to the haters. There’s not a lot of people walking the face of the planet that can say, ‘We drew 1.2 million dollars on an on-sale,’ so hat’s off to all involved.”
On Storm’s return: “Toni Storm, liked her return, like to see where they’re going, a great way also to put the women in the main event of an awesome, awesome, wrestling show. Excellent wrestling throughout, and at the end of the night, you’re gonna have a nice surprise. I always loved the surprise factor. I feel it’s key, and then it’s gonna be — well, we know why she returned but the explanation, I would love to see it differently.”
On the potential of a double Toni Storm promo: “If anyone can pull off a split-screen and we have ‘Timeless’ Toni Storm doing something with classic Toni Storm would be phenomenal, and somehow, someway they could pull it off.”
