Last week, Alberto Del Rio was indicted by a grand jury in San Antonio, TX, on charges of aggravated kidnapping.
The primary charge as aggravated kidnapping and there’s no word yet on if the sexual assault charge resulted in an indictment as well. Del Rio was arrested back in May after he accused the victim of infidelity. Del Rio allegedly physically assaulted her.

He is facing one count of aggravated kidnapping, as well as four counts of sexual assault and is looking at possibly facing as much as life in prison.
