Andrade El Idolo has been pulled from the RGR Lucha Libre show after he was originally set to appear for the promotion at Sunday’s (November 20) show in Cudahy, California.
In a video shared on Facebook featuring Andrade in a hospital gown, he said:
“Greetings to all my friends in Los Ángeles! I would have loved to meet you all this Sunday, but I had an issue to attend. I will be giving more details about it at a later date. If it had been up to me, I would have loved to be there with you all. I hope to see you all again in Los Ángeles and I apologize.”
The AEW wrestler recently made an appearance at the Big Event expo. Andrade hasn’t wrestled for AEW since competing in the Casino Ladder Match during the September 4th All Out pay-per-view because he’s been sent home by AEW President Tony Khan due to his backstage fight with Sammy Guevara at the October 5th Dynamite event.
