ProWrestlingSheet reports that WWE booked Goldberg to be dominant against Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series because he agreed to be part of the Royal Rumble PPV in January. Another report is saying that Goldberg tweaked his shoulder and that might be why the match was so short. It’s worth noting that Goldberg was a heavy underdog with the betting odds, but then there was a major shift shortly before the PPV aired.
