After several names debuted or returned at Impact Wrestling’s Slammiversary 2021 pay-per-view, a new report from Fightful Select has offered further updates on 3 arrivals.
With regards to Chelsea Green, the report states that:
“Her deal to come in was worked out around the same time her plans to go to Ring of Honor came together.” The report also adds that both companies were aware Green would be working for each other. And, she has not signed a full-time deal with either company.
The report also offers clarification on the debut of Thunder Rosa. According to the report, Rosa’s debut was arranged with the NWA around a month in advance. It also reportedly will not be the end of Impact’s working relationship with NWA. The debut has happened just a short time after Impact Wrestling allowed Kylie Rae to exit her contract to join the NWA.
Finally, the report states that the arrival of Jay White in Impact Wrestling was a “closely guarded secret”, with internal run sheets making no mention of White appearing.
