As previously reported here on eWn, most of the first hour of last night’s Blood & Guts episode of AEW Dynamite was pre-taped and fans were offered refunds if they weren’t happy with the format. Obviously, this was a one week thing as there were logistical issues with setting up the two rings and massive cage. According to a report from Pwinsider, the Darby Allin segment and bump with Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky took place live.
Also, Ethan Page’s line about working with Darby Allin in the past was meant to be a shot at EVOLVE. For those unaware, Page was having issues with EVOLVE management when he left the promotion.
