Miro has not returned to All Elite Wrestling due to creative issues and has allegedly turned several pitches down. The AEW wrestler has not wrestled for AEW since All Out 2022.
According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, one of the pitches made to Miro was for Full Gear, as part of a battle royal. Miro was supposed to lose the match as the runner-up, with Hangman Page winning the marquee bout. However, Miro turned that idea down and Page suffered an injury, hence the match never happened.
AEW President Tony Khan noted after the event that they tried to get in touch with Miro again, but The Redeemer hasn’t been mentioned since.
Miro currently has three years left on his AEW contract.
