According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE Superstar Rezar (Authors of Pain) recently underwent surgery to fix a torn bicep. The injury occurred earlier this month on the March 10th episode of RAW.
With that being said, the recovery time for that sort of injury is usually between 7-8 months.
As of now, WWE has no plans to continue using Akam without Rezar on TV. The two had been working alongside Seth Rollins prior to the injury.
