The official Twitter account of MLW.com recently posted an update on the rumors of Shinsuke Nakamura possibly signing a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment.
MLW Radio was the first to report that AJ Styles, Shinsuke Nakamura, Doc Gallows, and Karl Anderson would be signing with WWE after notifying NJPW officials that they’d be leaving when their current contracts expire.
According to MLW, WWE is interested in Shinsuke Nakamura as they want him to become the face of the WWE Network in Japan. As you know, the WWE Network just launched in Japan on January 5th.
Here is the tweet from MLW:
Internal plans are for @ShinsukeN to be one of the faces of the @WWENetwork’s launch in Japan. The service became available on January 5th.
