WWE has apparently “scaled back or stopped paying” The Revival after they were recently taken off the road. According to a report from Fightful, several sources in WWE are saying that the company is either not paying them or paying them far less since they were sent home before the WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view event. This is because they have exceeded their downside guarantee.
As many of you know by now, both Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder have been very vocal about their desire to leave WWE. The two have also asked for their releases several times in the past year. WWE has refused to grant them those releases though.
According to reports, the two are trying to get an amicable departure from the company and hope to be released at the same time. Scott Dawson’s contract expires in April, while Dash Wilder’s expires ten weeks later.
