Bad Bunny will be stepping in the ring once again at the upcoming WWE Backlash 2023 pay-per-view event to face Damian Priest.
On the RAW after WrestleMania 39, Bunny was attacked by Priest, who chokeslammed the Grammy Award winner through a table.
During this week’s show, Priest’s match with Rey Mysterio ended in a DQ when The Judgment Day member used a steel chair.
Priest’s post-match attack would have continued if not for Bunny, who attacked Priest with a kendo stick before announcing that he is no longer hosting Backlash anymore.
Instead, Bunny will be competing at the event and said he’ll be facing Priest in a Street Fight next weekend.
WWE Backlash 2023 will take place on May 6, from San Juan, Puerto Rico, the first WWE pay-per-view event in the area since January 2005.
